Scums do not expect or fear any prosecution for following what this guy wants them to do regardless of how much they shouldn't do that. This is a dirty swamp not a real place with justice system. A little over a month ago I received this LETTER responding to the complaint I mailed to the post master general about the event I wrote about HERE then HERE and HERE. As you can see the response is a joke even more than the response I received from them regarding the indecent of 10:30 pm delivery of my brief to the court in showing they really took the thing seriously. They tell me to talk to my local post office, to which I probably was already referred when I complained HERE. Notice again employing the same childish sarcastic game this corruption guy is probably teaching them of supposedly trying to contact through the phone. However, I did this as a preparation for going to the court. They are fooling themselves if they think I would let this guy push a button and make me disregarded from receiving a service everybody else receives and for no reason like this, and gets away with it this easily. As if the behaviour of that mail carrier showing things like continuing to drive forward when I kept running behind for a while to give her a letter, among other incidents, needed more to manifest more discrimination.

When I talk about going to the court I am not referring to a small claim court. If I am allowed I intend to go to the federal court and again all the way to the final court if needed. It was a pure discriminatory behaviour for no reason and those who participated need to be taught a lesson or at least one who does all what he can by bringing them to where they can be taught a lesson. Even for the purpose of serving this guy it is hard to see how what happened serves anything of value to him except that he just liked to see me denied a basic service everybody else get.

The recent monthly payment stub I received from the IRS according to my installment agreement had the "Notice date" of 10/19/16. Add how long it takes for that letter to reach me then think if that is practical for a payment due on the 28th. It seems a repetition play to this story HERE with the improvement that there was no post mark this time (Next time they may work on that "Notice date" thing). Anyway, I still wanted to follow the "You can pay online now at www.irs.gov/directpay" they mentioned. I spent hours yesterday and the day before entering my data and the system continued to be unable to confirm my identity. So are they inviting people to use a system that joke in being unable to recognize somebody who files like me and has been on installment agreement for years or was it another thing caused by this corruption guy? I am not sure.
After that I tried to pay using one of those commercial sites and my check card from Regions continued to be declined for no reason. But the most clear play from this corruption guy happened when I called to activate my card in case I missed to do that earlier. Here a repetition of what suggest a participation by the phone company (Phone Power) like in THIS GAME happened and for two different things. First, I kept selecting the choice number for card activation while the message kept repeating the choices as if I did not enter anything. Then when I called again this guy apparently thought rather than just that one digit selection, why not have more fun and make me repeat entering the card number and the rest of the information required to activate the card and that what happened. My selection number from the menu was recognized but then I stuck on that stage repeating my entry.  
I forgot to say, in case it was understood that I was predicting that the same thing could follow from the IRS like the earlier situation because of a late payment, I ultimately made my payment in time using the higher charge credit card option.

And that goes on top of what I described HERE with my Chromebook computer turns entirely off if I leave it with no activity for a short period. I couldn't solve the problem but he, probably to show me his control, some days allowed my computer to act normally in that regard.

I have this guy just some hours ago pausing the video on my computer, which is something he does forcing his will. But then he followed that by turning the Youtube video I was about to watch back to the one I had just chosen not to watch then he opened about 20 or so new tabs. He also continued to play various things like sizing or minimizing and maximizing windows on my computer all in front of me.

Remember what I wrote HERE about this guy getting into my car? In June or July of this year I reattached my GPS screen again and traveled over 300 interstate miles with it not showing any kind of being destabilized. After that, one day I drove with it still seems strongly fixed in its place. I went inside a supermarket then when I came out and drove my car a little again that screen fall to the ground. I was surprised and wondered if I were wrong about how stable that thing is. I did not give much attention that this corruption guy could have sent somebody to enter my car again. That was until some day later I came out of a store to find out my windshield camera which also has not shown any sign of being shaken or unstable was completely separated from the windshield and was dangling from its wire. Now I feel I would be surprised if it turns out that the corruption guy did not send somebody again to enter my car and do these things.

Another thing that shows what I described in the post below being abnormal situation is that every time I turn my Chromebook on I receive the message indicating that Chrome was not shut down properly.

By the way, he probably have recently added a new game to those in which he forces his will while I use my computers. Now my Chromebook turns off any time I leave it without activity for a short time then requires me to re enter the password when I turn it on again. This happens whether I close it or keep it open and even after choosing the "Power wash" option to clean it. Sometimes he like to have more fun and requires me to do the complete two steps log in process.

I said "apparently" not because I saw sufficient things suggesting what is going on was not maliciously intended but because I hesitated on how much of that could be the guy doing things through viruses. However, the problem being connecting to the internet, I forget to check for skipping the Wi-Fi router and connect my computer directly to the cable modem which is what I am doing now. But I think the audacity of the earlier games involving faking web site portals or interrupting and replacing my input to the real one with a wrong input, on some of which I posted those videos, made me go directly to my cell phone. 

Anyway, this wouldn't be the first time my Wi-Fi router was maliciously messed and I had to reinstall it. Still this was not necessarily all what happened and necessarily done without Charter's help.

Yes, I should have put better effort to search on that before writing what I wrote and accused the FBI and the rest of the executive authority on this issue and for that it takes from my credibility whatever it takes. But remember how much my talk was from how things appear to me and even wondered if there is an argument justifying doing it.

While this issue was the one, at least psychologically, affecting me the most, notice that it does not extend to the games he plays on me in accessing the internet and its sites or the viruses he put in my computers. This is merely about the ISP giving him knowledge about my internet navigation.

Having that legal or not sufficiently clear as illegal is much more tolerable to me than it being otherwise but still see my privacy being left to him like it is free space and despite how publicly he shows knowledge about what I do there.

Guess what? It appears that there is no law or any legal precedent directly against the ISP's revealing information about internet navigation of his client. So if one wants to be the first here he may need to supply the legal argument.

This is a very stinky dirt. They refuse to go after the like of this corruption guy publicly like this and still expect us to have faith in a just law enforcement that treats everybody equally?! 

Again, I am not asking from the scums running the government to help me against his financial power and connections or the cheap rat paths through which he passes to do his things. They have already seen to what level he sank trying to debase and make a joke of me using what is communicated to him from others based on the proximity to my place. But I still did not complain that he should be prosecuted for that because there was no law violation.

Also if he hires thousands of lawyers to work together to find a real legal view justifying his invasion of my privacy on the internet, I still would not ask the government to empower me the same way.

But if it is a clear violation or probable violation like this and somebody has been treated like being a no boundary free space like this then the government should go after him for that if it is being run by anything other than very dirty cockroaches.

Such a privilege given to the corruption guy on my privacy, probably should at least have been something one discovers as a scandal for the secret inside working of the FBI and others. But if they publicly act this way, what could be done for this guy inside?

If that entity acts in front of us with this level of corruption is there anyway to have faith in it acting on the hidden things in the back?

Is this the entity that one should look for to protect his rights and stand for him where he himself do not know what is happening to him?

All this public knowledge about the guy's continuous invasion to my privacy on my computer, imagine I were one of those special computer guys doing that the other way around on him, how long do you think the situation would have continued before I get arrested and my computers taken as evidence? If I am lucky I probably would get a warning about it a short period after doing that. But for me to continue doing that like this guy and with this audacity, you may have to upgrade the assumption from even being a computer genius to a real magician capable of doing that from his prison cell.

The choosing of James Comey to lead the FBI was the final nail in the coffin of having any remaining faith in that entity to be really against corruption and really prosecute the like of this guy. We wanted the SEC to be like the FBI, the guy in the white house with the help of those wonderful guys at the senate made the FBI like the SEC. Those guys may only approve a nominee with less than 97 percent if some of them were away preparing drinks for the party.

Any wonder why the boss of this corruption guy is at the stage of pushing his guys for the presidency this time.

And for our current white house resident, just knock the wood. He is thinking about how he will retire after his presidency. Because he had done his job and the country is working like clock free from corruption, right?

I need to tell him that I got a package to show him. If you think this sounds like a dirty talk, you are right. But it is not what you think. The package I want him to see is the plastic bag containing food and designated to be picked up and carried by the mail but the mail carrier refused to take it for no reason  just because this corruption guy issued his order for that and is still in my house. The corruption level this shows is much dirtier than whatever you may had in mind. And, although wrong, just in case you think they do not need to go after this because it was not related to a big thing, a similar thing was done before with a package sent to a federal court of appeals.

Back to the need to be treated like a human being with a right to privacy from this guy. Continuing from post 96, there are three possible paths for the guy to invade my privacy in the Internet like this. Either he is using viruses he injects into my computers. Or he is getting that through my ISP provider. Or he is getting that through search engines I use. So which one of those three paths legally allows doing that or has an argument for the legality of it strong enough to stop the FBI and other law enforcement agencies with the applicable jurisdiction from prosecuting the guy or at least making him cease and desist if their corruption is not what is stopping them? Remember, the corruption guy has been, for years now, revealing knowledge of things I do over the Internet and in a way clearly suggesting knowing everything I do at the same time I do. The notion that he watches and knows what I do over the internet can hardly be seen other than a widely known and far from being honestly disputed fact.

On the wiki page about Comey I read about how he was supposedly considered for a Supreme Court Judge position. It sounds like something from the corruption power that pushed Comey for his position. However, in addition to questioning that, I also wondered about how the importance of the position of an FBI director was not sufficiently accounted for to the level that such claim was probably thought to make him look overqualified. They apparently do not pay sufficient attention to how everything a judge does is seen publicly or can be made public by the parties of a complaint while people have to depend on hidden actions from this guy on things inside.

Why doesn't Comey testify why he is not prosecuting this guy for all the invasion of privacy he does or at least make him stop? Why doesn't he explain what legal path allows this guy to know everything I do over the internet?

This country is eaten by corruption. Yet they make Comey leads the FBI. Nominating and approving nomination is not a situation of innocent until proven guilty. You need to make the best choice and feel confident about the way you answer doubts beyond depending on assumption. Aside from anything else, can anyone in those who nominated and approved this guy say they carried their duties to even a modest level in making a guy who previously held a job at the financial market take such a position despite this control of the financial power on the country? And have they missed how connections play a role in that world for them to assume one could get there and remains clean that easily in one of the most susceptible places on earth for being affected?

It seems as if Charter is cutting internet access from me serving this guy. Today it was cut for about six hours probably until the corruption guy allowed restoring it to me.

No body fear any prosecution for cooperating with this guy here. The situation is beyond being a joke. If anything, cooperating with this guy may insure being on the side of government.

Back to the issue of my privacy, I just want to ask one simple question. It is like a public knowledge, and has been so for years, that this corruption guy know every thing I do over the internet. My question is: How does every body, especially those in the law enforcement and the top of the executive branch, think the guy obtains the information they hear? Instead of the encroachment on others playing those Terrorism allegation games, I gave the guy the opportunity to make direct false claims about what the judges of the court are going to do to my case by waiving any right I may have against the falsehood of those claims.

Remember, I said that everybody, including the judges themselves, can make any claim, false or true, about the judges or what they are going to do to my case without affecting my rights because of making those claims (subject to the limitation I stated HERE). In other words, while how the case will be resolved count, for my part, any allegation about that does not.

Until I have privacy and lines this guy cant cross I don't feel I really exist. I demand freedom from this new form of slavery. I demand a law enforcement that could prosecute this guy for invading my privacy even if I myself did not know he did, let alone when it is clear that he is not just invading but more like confiscating it. As if I did not already have enough to ask this question. All this public conspiring and lying by government officials, is this a real government? How is it that such situation is even remotely tolerable? How can anyone trust someone who shamelessly fabricate things and lie like this in anything, let alone running the country? They are fabricating Terrorism attacks! How is it even remotely acceptable to allege such false things on the group to which the attackers supposedly belong? And how about those who really had suffered such attacks? I was hoping that they, especially with all the showing of care and concern about Terrorism here, would at least respect the real victims of such events enough not to cause confusing real suffering with fake. Unfortunately, I was in another world and nothing is too sacred for the corruption guy and his boss to trample and make a joke of it. And all this is not even because of a question of survival or even remotely close to that for them.

How beautiful is that? The corruption guy presses one button and he makes my brief delivered to an appellate court at 10:30 in the night. News are being spread by the media that Sanders's rival had obtained the required delegate count for nomination. A simple google search showed that she still doesn't have the required number in voting based delegates. But they counted in pledges from superdelegates. So one purpose could be to tell her voters that their votes are not needed so her rival can as much as possible exchanges the superdelegates who supposedly went to her with voting based delegates he gets in the election then if he exceeds her voting based delegate count he could claim that he is the legitimate winner.

It has always sounded to me as if the situation with Edward Snowden was created by somebody who was trying to threaten the government in response to its reaction toward what I sent the senate about my case with the courts. Then before I carry out what I intended to write regarding how the creation of the Sanders hype was the other side to the same Snowden coin, the strength of that view became doubled with the change in Sanders behaviour to a threatening one after facing how his wining in voting based delegates is a remote probability.

Trump, Sanders and Snowden all belong to the same entity but they just use different styles for their service to it.

I submitted a complaint to the postal service regarding what I mentioned in POST 61. What was their reaction? Nothing except for requesting in their emails to communicate through the phone despite not explaining why that medium is needed or stating anything that could suggest such use would make a difference.

It sounded more like following the advice of this corruption guy to replay that trick when they sent me what sounded like a childish request for my phone number again after I told them that they can tell me whatever they want on email. I also pointed out that I myself haven't done anything to speak about except being selected by the mail carrier to be refused the service.

I had the food stayed on top of my mail box until I brought it back home after 8 pm on that day, in a bag they themselves delivered to me for that purpose, and they think it would go like that?   

By the way, the selection of the communication or response medium was in the complaint itself and I selected Email.

As an example of how corruption could find its way, I once checked on one of those judges who behaved badly in my case and found that judge was recommended to the president for nomination by a veteran who lost most of his limbs in battles. So if recognizing Sanders is difficult for you then good luck with the like of that.

Actually, at the level of making and insisting on claims like those which came from Sanders regarding funding his campaign, failing to figure out someone feels like lowering for the world itself. Those were not slips of tongue or occasional misbehaviour. Those were part of a position intentionally and continuously maintained. You could hardly get a clearer sign in life.

Even that grievance for Sanders made on the NBC's Saturday Night show was a fraudulent one. His rival did not get a single voting based delegate, where Sanders is still trailing her, more than she earned in that state. The allegation counted in superdelegates, who are neither based on voting nor bound to any commitment they make.

I just want to ask supporters of Sanders this. Do you believe that he has been funding his campaign through the small donations from ordinary people as he alleged? If you don't then think what does that imply on the charachter of the person who falsely alleges such thing for himself and receives the advantage it gives him over his rivals? How about when he himself brings that contrast to mind when he uses pointing out things like the paid speeches against another candidate? How could such a fraudulent behaviour passes as OK thing?

Although thinking otherwise sounds like a joke, remember suspicion in things like these may not need to reach the level of certainty required to make judgment on the person because that is not the main objective when trying to make the best choice.

Six years ago, in reaction to what this corruption guy was doing, I talked about those whom I called deceptive psychotics (although there is much redundancy in that than meets the eye) and how much they depend on character deception and the magnitude of how convincing their character assumption. Even if I were to bring an example for that it would have been more like something the reader would look at externally. This situation on the other hand makes people live seeing how a character could be convincing to make some ignore the facts to this level. However, one may need to be careful that he still may not have seen much of this kind of convincing yet.

If you wonder what to make of that Trump's telephone call story it is not hard to see it in light of his previous activities serving the corruption guy here. Most probably it was him who revealed that tape intentionally trying to claim fraudulent activity on himself to defend Sanders. He is acting as if he thinks he is so immune that instead of being affected by something like this the view to the thing itself and its kind would become less bad. He is probably lying in denying himself intentionally trying to make things worse.

Much of the character issue implied in the story of the tape itself depends on the kind of relationship he had with the other side but this adds other dimension to it regardless .

His contradiction to himself about seeking funds to support his campaign is probably at least partly for the same purpose.

Also, the story about Sanders supporters and their reaction in a democratic party event and  the death threats they supposedly sent seems to show intentional creation of something at least partly to suggest violent nature in his supporters to counter the claim that Trumps accusation to them was intended to help cover the connection between him and Sanders.

I don't know if I paid attention to it earlier, but watching Trump speaks about how another person was bought by Goldman Sachs made me feel somewhat baffled about the level of double standard that guy is allowed to get away with. Somebody takes a loan and therefore becomes owned because of that while he still should be considered a free man despite a show given to him where he for years appeared sitting like a king with aids on both of his sides and fire from among those sitting awaiting his judgment, not to mention his business connections and affiliations especially in the most suspicious land for corruption, New York. Even the pretending of NBC to sever connection with him did not last a modest amount of time. He could be seeing himself as an unquestionable fact of life, but it maybe unavoidable to the ordinary person to wonder about why this guy has been given all that media support as if he is the only billionaire in the country. If it is a question of money, do an internet search and see if you can find this guy listed even within the top 30 richest people in this country. Yet he is the one appearing like the one and only.

Although it may not reach the level of interfering with the work of a court, this new mail thing this corruption guy had pulled recently also makes one wonder about the level of corruption that makes people put following him above the law and their duties that easily. You know those plastic bags with mail permit number where you can put none perishable food then leave them outside to be picked and delivered by the mail. I received one of them in the mail so I went out and bought a number of instances for two items to fill the bag with for the specified date. It clearly was not something unnoticeable to the corruption guy who could have at least known that from my credit card transactions. So what could he have done to that? The mail carrier for no reason made me the special exception to her duty on that date. She refused to pickup the bag and did that in front of my surveillance cameras. She did not even deliver mail or come close to mail boxes on my house side of the road on that date. Instead she chose to drive forward then back on the side away from my mail box on the road.

I wonder if it was noticed how the news about the FBI catching someone with intention to attack a synagogue was timed close to the Indiana democrat's Primary election. It suggests an attempt to help Sanders using his Jewish identity. 

I actually wanted to say the same about the news of that bus thing that seemed artificially made and stunt like as in a movie, in Israel which was timed for the earlier primary before this one added support for the same thing.

According to the news itself, the arrest happened as a result of having the offer made by the undercover FBI agent to the guy to make that attack accepted instead of the later initiating things himself. That shows an admission from the FBI about how much the choice of time came from it. What also adds to the question of timing having that entity says the public was never in danger.

Also, the connection to Israel mentioned above was itself preceded by other connections related to which I also wanted to mention earlier how they show the Israeli Prime Minister working for the boss of the corruption guy here to the level of executing a policy for that purpose that led to blood shed from both sides there. And by the way, I doubt that Trump's talk about closing mosques here was just something he took from the news instead of him being in the depth about what was going on and how things were pulled from here to happen there.

With or without that Trump thing, the things can easily fit to connect for the corruption guy and his boss and how for his service Jewish related things are being used.

So how much there is a probability that all those are just volunteering their help to Sanders and he is not part of the group?Even if we add to that his claim of how much his campaign runs on funding from regular people?

Yet he is the one who kept throwing stones on that other democratic candidate for taking money to do speeches.

I think that some may falsely believe that they can corruptly define corruption and control seeing it.

And of course, adding Trump to the picture helps to support the picture even more with things like what I mentioned in earlier posts and Trump's claim that those who were disturbing his gatherings were Sander's supporters later.

Anyway, if there was made an exception about the corruption of the FBI with things related to me and my situation with this corruption guy, here is some external material suggesting it trying to manipulate the public for that same guy and his boss.

Imagine always living with this guy here may anytime enjoy exerting a power over you or controlling you by interfering with your things. Yesterday, for example, he apparently decided to stop my Bank of America credit card twice. And while this one happened at home, he used to do this same disturbing thing while I am in a distant city (Speaking about Bank of America it appears that they also abandoned Emails and any similar message sending thing for this guy who pushed for this behaviour after his story here).

You cant go anywhere without his connections following you. At the beginning of this month I had a dentist appointment and dreamed that he would not contact that dentist and mess up my things. Unfortunately, it was just that, a dream. The Hygienist appeared less interested in doing her job after not succeeding with something else related to this guy and now I have to wait for a good cleaning session because this was counted as one.

So that guy now decides to stop the joke and start acting "presidential"? Did anyone tell him that we wanted to play games with him and that it should end whenever he wants it to end? Even worse it can hardly seems to be something unplanned from the beginning that he serves his corrupt billionaire friend or boss then switch back his behaviour later. And if you wonder that the different seller name for one of the items in the link posted below could be the reason for the difference remember that I reached the other seller by clicking the "Buy it again" link supplied by Amazon itself. So why couldn't it replace the seller or offer to replace the seller in case that seller was unable to fulfill the order because of running out of the item or whatever reason. Anyway, even that is most probably not needed. That is because THIS and THIS, images, show the seller is offering that item and that Amazon itself is directly responsible for fulfillment of orders from that seller.

And if you think this guy leaves me without bothering elsewhere you are wrong. Look at THIS which also shows the corruption in Amazon. The story behind it is that I ordered things yesterday and selected two days shipping speed. However, today I read an email from Amazon stating that the order will be arriving on Monday which sounded too late. So to show that it is also a harassment thing pulled by this guy I went back to my Amazon account and clicked on "buy it again" for both items then selected the two day shipping speed. You can see how the window on the left states that the older order will be delivered on Monday while the smaller one (I had to make it smaller in order to show the "Shipping Speed" selected on the other one) showing the order I am in the process of making, on the right, states that the delivery is "guaranteed" to be on Friday 4/22/2016 for exactly the same items. That is of course before the order gets customized  for me for harassment purposes.

The invasion to my privacy over the Internet is always on and in real time and the FBI is not stopping it let alone prosecuting it despite knowing clearly that I am not lying here. Actually, because of the continuity of the action, the word "invasion" can hardly be less expressive here. The much more closer to correctness here is to call what has been going on the occupation to my privacy.

I did not like to do this earlier because I don't like empowering changing results based on thinly focused momentous impulse reactions . But now I can more easily say that those who may think that the claim about the level of financial contributions to Sanders campaign from regular persons has even a five percent chance of being credible might be severely deluding themselves. In other words, anyone thinks that he can pass something that is hardly believable as this because of a character playing may need to think again and again. I have seen more than enough of psychotic deceptions that stands on nothing except showing a character that doesn't seem to fit the accusations in my life for me to feel easy about such a thing.

The guy wanted to continue playing so he disabled my access to that website again. This time I brought my kitchen Chrome Book and was able to access it on that computer. It is probably not hard for the ISP to distinguish between computers enough to do that. In fact I am not sure that my cell phone did not use the home wifi to access that site when I used it and that is why I concentrated on the different devices and avoided using the different network explanation in the preceding post. Anyway, this time I decided to catch the thing on video. The first video HERE shows me unable to access the site from the computer I usually use then able to do that from the other one (although I failed to manage to use the same portal). Then he returned the capability to access the site to my main laptop so I used that opportunity to intentionally enter a wrong password and show how that leads to a different response in case one thinks that the difference in the first video was the result of entering different passwords and that was recorded in the second video.

While THIS picture, from post 47,  shows my inability to access that website from my computer, THESE two pictures shows me accessing that same site at a very close time on my cell phone. Although just the site address in the first picture above could by itself suggest very high probability that it was faked and the ISP provider for my computer (Charter) diverted me to it.

Back to the things that more probably constitute a tort or a contract infringement even if the other party allows this guy to do them, do you know how it feels having this guy may take away your capability to login to an account of yours at anytime?

It is not just online where he does such malicious actions. I mentioned before how he did the same thing with my attempt to access my bank help over the phone to recover access to my account online (I don't remember how much of the problem I was having online was of his making to begin with). Every time I dial the number of my bank I get "Goodbye" and the call ends. After a week or so, I went to a branch of that bank trying to recover my access online. Although I did not expect them to tell me that they themselves have to dial that same number, I was much more surprised when they dialed that number and everything worked normally without that "Goodbye" and ending the call. I went back home and tried to access that same number again but this time using my cell phone instead of my landline phone and was able to do the same. I told the person there about what I have been experiencing with my calls but what are the chances that he could have believed such a story resulting from this guy having fun and enjoying himself by infringing on my rights like this?

This is something I wanted to watch on YouTube and the yellow dots are interruptions he put for me. In case you wonder why those dots do not continue at the same level with the rest of the movie you need to know about my habit of dividing a movie in two halves instead of watching it all in one sitting. He may also pause what I am playing or interrupt it even despite the absence of such dots.

As if the continuous invasion to my privacy is not enough, the guy may disrupt and cause malicious actions whenever he wants. In just this week I had an application over the Internet that was taken different than the way I submitted it.  Second, yesterday I was, for no reason, logged out of my chrome book. Not only that, but my choice for not to be asked for a pass code on that computer was also cancelled. And just a while ago I tried to log in to my mortgage account and received  THIS . To be sure that was something faked by this guy I tried to access the same website using my cell phone and was able to do that without a problem (of course access though the cell phone could have been faked too).

The level of confiscation to my privacy by this guy seems to leave only things like a brain installed chip that can read thoughts and emotions as a room for improvement.   
I actually only relatively lately realized, through his knowledge of things about me, how much further this could have been the situation before I discovered it. That seems to take us back to  the story of Viking Systems Stock in 2010.

I don't know if when a corporation speaks about itself in the privacy agreement whether itself could extend to include some shareholders and they are not considered third parties. I am trying to see if there is a legal issue preventing going after this guy for invading my privacy in everything I do over the Internet or if it is just the shameless corruption.

Even things I do outside like credit card transactions or phone calls he watches or get conveyed to him in real time or very close to that. Is that all legal? Because if it is not then for it to continue like this with all my boundaries crossed like I do not exist and for this long is beyond disgusting.

I think that Trump sometimes probably gets confused and try to pass what is suitable for the general conspiracy on me, elsewhere. As if it did not appear from the beginning that he  and Sanders are the Bloomberg guy guy's, he recently appeared to have done something that strongly suggests connecting him not even through that hub but directly to the other side although it is still for the sake of that hub. According to the news, he said that he will keep mentioning the Email issue every day if /when he stands directly against Hillary. Now, think about this.Why would someone point out the repetitiveness in his action like this? Instead one would imagine that a candidate would himself state that he did not notice or care and was merely focusing on the issue if he gets questioned about such repetitiveness? What strongly seems to jump to the mind as an explanation is the showing or emphasizing the value of the free pass on that issue which Sanders gave Hillary.

By the way, I would be surprised if Sanders is really getting that much donations from regular people and not the Bloomberg guy. Although, to be fair, except for his targeting connections to Goldman Sachs, up to this point I don't remember seeing him providing direct services back to that guy like Trump.

Continuing from the preceding post

A note about the translation there. Although it is relatively better, it still also suffers considerably from that problem in Arabic translation I have seen so often. That problem is related to how some translate things like delivering the news, killing the artistic expression. For example, translating that someone is glued to his chair to another language as the person does not move while may deliver the same result news wise they are not the same as an art. Even with expressions that became like a term as, for example, the Egyptians saying that someone's brain is dry which was translated directly to being stubborn, that translation could be added in parenthesis while preserving the beauty of the original expression. All that is of course in addition to other things like ignoring parts that are related to culture related things and abridging of things and skipping parts. 

In addition to that, I don't know why the word "kabob" in the title of the movie was translated to "BBQ". Another thing that could even be arguably suspicious is the translation of the salutation told to the praying guy as "you may pray in the Holy Land". The word used there is an adverb about the status of being in a sacred area. It is a common salutation like word told in Egypt to the person who have just finished a prayer and I never, and can hardly assume anybody else, took the implication to refer to something other than Mecca and Medina which is completely in line with the other salutations or titles in that culture.

By the way, there is much less probability that you could find a Muslim praying in a government office there than here but adding such thing could help make the government allow the movie. Even with all the softening and diversion included there was a text at the very beginning thanking government entities for their "understanding" to the topic of the movie.

Speaking about how governments like that wouldn't care much not to kill the innocent in order to reach the guilty, here is an Arabic Egyptian movie (they are the main producers of that there) from 1993 (according to wikipedia) that is one of the best I have ever seen. The main event is an accident that drags into a hostage situation. Anyway, in one part of the movie the minister tells the hostage takers that nobody can twist the arms of the government and those who get killed in the middle are martyrs to their families the government would issue compensations. It is surprising to me, especially being originally from Iraq, that the government even had stopped to negotiate to begin with but the maker of the movie had to work within the limit of the freedom of expression which was probably already more than risky enough.

Couple of days ago I saw a clip of a presidency candidate mentioning that there were no "terrorists" during Saddam's ruling on Iraq. Although, like I said before, things could have been done much better there, no body can compare that with the ease with which Saddam did his things. You know why? Because it is not a big problem to him to kill the innocent in order to reach the guilty.

However, if that speaker wants to learn lessons from Saddam, here is one that does not involve stepping on the innocent. Power there was in the hands of the government and corruption happen through external entities aligning themselves with the government not the other way around. You know what Saddam could have done to a post office man who miss delivers a court document obeying this guy in defiance to the government like what happened with my appellate brief?

Before talking about increasing taxes, why is it that there is no talk about honest scrutiny on how really guys like this are paying theirs? After all what this guy was able to pull, how much confidence remain in him paying his taxes like the ordinary person?

Why make one rich person pay 50 percent while the other may not be even paying 20 percent?

The suspicion extends to further than validly taking advantage of loopholes in the system. That is a problem with the tax code. No, I am thinking about violations of tax code that are allowed to pass because of corruption especially favoritism. How much of what this guy had done to me was some kind of artful manipulation of the law? Hardly any. Almost all of what he did were the kind of in your face things.

Although it hasn't been even two weeks since I talked in POST 30 about how this guy seems to have connection and can pull things in the IRS, yesterday I received a certified letter from that agency informing me that my installment agreement with them will be terminated and that the total amount is due immediately. The reason was supposedly that they "did not receive one or more payments from (me) as agreed to in (my) installment agreement".

I did not miss any payment. The only thing I did was that my usual payment on the 28th day of the month was late for January. I don't know when it was received but my bank record still lists it cashed on the 5th of February.

Moreover there was a reason for even this one time late (not missing) payment. I still have the envelop for the monthly payment stub letter showing a post mark date as late as the 25th of January for a payment expected to be received on the 28th. Actually it was the receiving of that letter after I used priority mail to catch the due date of the earlier payment (the stub time was as usual on  that one. It was just that I forgot to send it early enough for regular mail) is what suggested a game being played and made me write the post I mentioned above in anticipation of this.

To the best of my judgment, this guy here, including his group, is a competitors or rival to Goldman Sachs. He may not like that entity because it is closer than him to the top of the food chain in the market. So one should be careful before allowing him to concentrate attention on that entity away from himself and hit two birds in one stone.

All the corrupt control and manipulation in the market, media, courts and the government I saw that made them like a joke came from him not Goldman Sachs.

I could have filed a hundred cases and in all of them the courts act like they did with my cases here and it still may not come anywhere close to make me mistake what could be the correct stand for me to take if I were someone who was thinking about investing with Madoff and knew that he had passed SEC investigation ounce or twice. That is because refusing to believe the results of what depends on checking such direct and basic stock trading things is probably as close as it could gets to refusing a direct witness.  

As you can see the thing seems to be extremely far from just not performing a good job and the SEC intentionally acting passively or actively in support of Madoff is very hard to avoid. However, it seems it was agreed that if he get caught then he is on his own and he had kept his word.

Although I read before that the courts dismisses cases suing the SEC on the Madoff's fraud, I haven't not yet found that any one of those cases was taken to the final point on that path and was denied.

Showing the SEC's failed investigation excuse because of alleged Madoff's manipulating behaviour was not the first time I see desperate attempts to find excuses for that agency even in movies. In the Wolf of Wall Street the fraud guy supposedly made SEC investigation on him fail because he turned the cooling in the room too high. Also as much as these defending claims for the SEC came from the scamming guys themselves as much as it adds support to having the SEC as a partner.

I don't know why all this fight against admitting the corruption of the SEC. Yesterday I watched even the guy who pointed out Madoff's fraud try to limit his argument against that agency to being inept. He says that they are not intelligent enough to be corrupt. Why such a week and desperate looking defence?

First, corruption is far from being reserved to especially intelligent people. Second, even assuming so, the one here does not require more that turning the head away from seeing the facts. 

What kind of scheme did Madoff defraud people with? Was it something like fabricating sale numbers of a product so one would think that it requires more from the SEC to go and check?

No he was fabricating stock trades and positions. That is the core and the most basic of what the SEC should watch for. A scam of that kind at that magnitude and for that long was passed and despite how the guy here says that it takes five minutes to suspect or discover a scam by looking at the numbers. Moreover the guy himself also mentioned four or more times writing to that entity about the issue.

If that was not enough, and to blur the line between passive and active support even more, that entity supposedly investigated the scam once or twice and did not find anything wrong. Even if you had a big doubt , if you hear that it was investigated and nothing bad turned out you probably say I must be wrong then and invest your money there if you were already contemplating that. Imagine if you where to still suggest there could be a scam there what level of paranoia could have been ascribed to you. It is like the cops investigating whether a car was registered and fail to find that it was not despite having no tag number or, to take the analogy away from direct visual discovery, one that was entirely made up.

I was lucky enough yesterday to get a signal to watch the first part of the Madoff's movie. I wonder how much the world laugh on us for claiming that the SEC did not know what was going on.

By the way, the New York SEC office which the guy making the fraud allegation against Madoff was referred to but was not met is also the office that this guy made to make that conference call with me trying to know if I was the guy who did the sudden big buying in the story of Viking System Stock I mentioned.

And you think this guy with his boss at least really pay his taxes or scrutinized for it like the ordinary person? I am far from being confident of that. If the corruption of the IRS is close to what we saw here or even a fraction of  the SEC's then there is not much to be surprised if the answer to that question was in the negative. But it is not only a matter of being part of the general environment. That is because I have been seeing things and accumulated signs suggesting having connection inside for years there. 

On a second thought, one may tell me are you serious? Even without that extreme shameful corruption that we watched being carried out publicly in the past year, the guy can make the post office man ignores the duty of the position and the whole federal government and select your papers to take to a Federal Appellate Court closed at 10:30 in the night in fulfillment of his overriding desire and you think you need to discuss this?

That presidency contender was not talking about himself when he said that he can shoot somebody publicly and some would still vote for him or at least was not only talking about himself. What he was doing is sending threats on behalf of this guy here and his boss.

It seems as if this guy has crossed another line. Walking out from one shopping store yesterday I found that my little GPS monitor was not in its place. It was attached by a suction cup to the middle of the dashboard if not closer to the driver side. It was also in a position that is tilted a little bit toward the windshield. However, I found it on the passenger seat and despite how that seat was in a position pulled all the way toward the back of the car. I don't think there is a way one can see it fallen by itself to that position. That is of course is in addition to the much bigger probability for it to fall while the car is moving instead. I had it attached for several months and travelled over 300 miles highway fast and it kept in its place. 

Anyway, I attached it to the same place then drove to another store, probably not less than 2 miles away, and it remained perfectly in its place. I spent probably not more than 10 minuets there then walked out to my car to find that monitor not in its place for the second time. Although this time it was on an area that would have made more sense to fall on it but, still, only if the car was moving to counter the tilt toward the windshield.

I am always conscious to locking my car doors when I leave it. 

I attached it to the same place again then drove probably not less than 4 miles and parked in my garage and it is still perfectly in its place.

By the way, volume manipulation is something that was mentioned directly from the thirties securities laws and prosecuting it may not even depends on a regulation from that entity. It is one that is the kind of in your face clear violation. So imagine what happens with depending on the oversight of this entity on things inside.  

Related to the case that reached the final court, aside from volume manipulation or what is in the complaint, I  also mentioned before the story about the test I wanted to do to see if I was really getting the shares I was buying from this guy. It began with what sounded like a change in his tactics making me getting the shares more easily. So I wanted to test if the brokerage firm I was concentrating my buying of the stock in my account with it was cooperating with the guy and showing me merely a fake number of shares in my ownership. While it still might not have assured things were correct, I tried to conduct a simple test consisting of transferring the shares to another brokerage firm which is generally an easy routine procedure. I tried but did not succeed with different brokerage firms. I also saw from their handling of the request and how things change from being like an automatic procedure when they initially take the request to even fabricating new rules just to avoid that transfer afterwards what made me give up on trying other firms. Things were like a joke and you can smell the conspiracy from beyond the Atlantic ocean. 

So did the executive authority take such things into its account regarding the balance with this guy before doing what it did for him?

And what about the story I mentioned before about how, instead of protecting investors this guy made the SEC contact me and even conduct a conference call with me in order to make sure if it was I who suddenly did all that buying in a stock of a company called Viking Systems? There, even before that conference took place any modest amount of hope for it not being for a corrupt purpose did not last the same day I received the invitation for it.

It is like they closed their eyes to what is happening there until they really forgot there are problems there and as a result thought of themselves as being in the weaker position instead.

I think I mentioned this sample story before. This guy plays the fake volume game freely and without much restrictions. So trying to leave that entity called the SEC with even less excuse for its corruption, I once sent them a tip or complaint about this guy fabricating a trading volume of 30 million shares in only the first hour for a penny stock that usually can hardly be seen exceeding 10 thousands shares traded throughout the whole day. Even in Bugs Bunny cartoon they wouldn't do something like that. Did those there investigate or even care? Does AlQeada investigates Terrorism?

Aside from the question of morality, if it was not part of satisfying a contract and doing their part, did those in the executive branch pay sufficient attention to their being in the EXECUTIVE branch before acting as if they were hostage to this guy and do the corrupted work they did? Did they really think that they do not hold the power to go with prosecuting this guy despite of all what he does especially with the market related activities? And why go far? What about criminal prosecution based on the original merits of my two cases?

But again, how can you see that when your selection to head the FBI is someone with that much connection to the market? It was as if one said to the like of this guy you already have everything, why bother, take the FBI with that too.

By the way, speaking about his attempts to degrade my character I mentioned in post#20 and since many already chose to degrade themselves even much lower than the intended destination for my character by accepting such communications about me in the privacy of my own home from him, it may not be a bad idea to fight the deception of the psychotics a little bit also here. Much of that which this guy was conveying from that neighbor of mine would have been seen as no occasion created from scratch fabrications to a person sitting in his chair with me in the same room if there was one. I am using this assumption to show how applicable to be  reasonably called lying was what I called in the past misinterpretation.

Notice the guy's attitude of acting in playful way as if things never really touch him. The depth of the meaning of such attitude becomes better lighted when it gets combined with how much of the guy's interaction with me involves the creation of an environment for me from a God like position away from direct presence.
