308: That One Click difference

 This is related to post 307. It seems like there was an option for using the tablet without an apple account but I had to choose the option that I do not have an apple account (or something like that) first and then there would be an option to allowing to continue the setup and leave the apple account issue to be done later in settings. Thinking that all what it would do is to enable me to make one, I did not click on the earlier option. I am not trying to setup another iPad but I just did that with an iPhone and I do not think that iPads are more restrictive. Actually, even here I did not try that click until I searched the internet about the issue.

 The iPad Mini I just bought refuses to be setup unless I provide it with an Apple id, even though what was written on the box is that such id is needed for "some services". Then when I went to create an account filing the information felt like there is some one playing me on the other side and after spending the time with that I received the message that my account "cannot be created at this time". Here is a screenshot LINK.

Still trying unsuccessfully to create an Apple Id, filling the required information over and over then receiving a message that it may take a few minuets to create an account but then nothing happened. Could the whole system of government be anymore corrupt? It feels like this guy got an institution of science dedicated to his evil work and nobody goes after him. Again, the audacity of the corruption is so high that it is not enough for him to violate my privacy and know what he was not given the permission to know but he uses that information to mess what I do, and often in very direct way. 

I think that my earlier message about the security of the Mac made him hit with all his force here. I do not know how is he capable of doing this but I think it is through intercepting my connection. The software interface I faced in these later attempts to create the id is not the one I faced in the earlier part above. Also, without receiving a message telling me that the address is not available, I can give an email address in a new attempt to create an account,  even though I have already given that same address in an earlier attempt that passed through the process. This indicates that there is no depth to the system and therefore what I was interacting with is just an interface.

Just tried again, and this time receive a message that my id is locked and I need to verify my identity then when I clicked on that I received a message telling me that my id is invalid or unregistered.

Did another registration attempt and the same thing above happened again. But then I followed a different path (not one through the Apple Store) and this path showed that same earlier interface above but this time, at 1 am eastern time, after spending my day on this issue, the registration succeeded.

305: The Danger of Living With No Masks

 Since masks became not required in stores every time I go shopping I have to step over bodies of dead people? See what was done here?! (LOL).  

Although after very long procrastination, I also want to point out by the way that the people whom I before switching position criticized for things like making covid19 parties could have recognized the reality about what was going on before me.

304: Stocks-CYTH

 I noticed yesterday that in the earlier post of the same title I referred to only the lowest of two prices in that fund raising. That is not because I saw the difference between them corrects what I was talking about. I just referred to what remained in my memory.  

303: Regions Bank

  I do not use check cards but since this guy sometimes stops my credit cards, I went to this bank today to request a new check card (although he probably would also be able to stop a check card for the same reason as well). While I did that from my car and gave the teller my id card I also saw her keep laughing and try to do some other no customer related work while I and later also one next customer in his car were waiting. That seems to be done to steel some time for preparing some fun work on me for this corruption guy. Because then I started getting questions like if I have a dual citizenship and if I rent or own my home. I started questioning what is going on so this teller brought another teller who also tried to keep a straight face and wanted to continue that kind of  questions but I asked her for my id card back and drove away. This is the same bank with which I had the story I posted years ago about having no service when I call it but instead a recorded "good bye" and disconnection interrupt before I can do anything and how this fun on me for the corruption guy situation continued for a week until I went to the branch to show them that but when I called from there I got the normal business response which then continued to be the situation even when I call from home. This is also the same bank for which I had to several times endure inability to have the access I need for my account because my id and/or password gets refused despite being the correct ones. Although both of those happened while I had my internet service and landline phone provided by Charter. I also had cell phone service from Virgin Mobile but I used it only that one time when I was in the branch and got the normal thing and then when I came back home I started getting the latter also through my landline.   

302: Stocks- CYTH

 As if the earlier appearance of conflict of interest surrounding that corruption guy's puppet ceo is not enough, does the sequence of events make things here even remotely look like that the 1 to 100 reverse split done in December of 2020 really sought higher prices for the stock? The stock never saw a price of $0.0136 a share before this split, and this $4.2 million offering at market price equivalent to that could have been very easily made at a price that is several multiple of this before this reverse split.

This corruption shit made the shit electric company again cut the electricity off me and this time once or more during my sleeping time (I was aware of one fast off-on), in order to turn off some device I had on, and then later I woke up to find the blower of the furnace not working which never happened before. 

Although, a while ago I remembered and connected to its not running today how more than once within the recent period I wondered if the heat is on because of how hard for me to hear or feel the blower.  

300: Another Repetition Years Later

 Several years ago I used to speak about this corruption guy entering my car while I am shopping inside a store and today he did it again while I was at Walmart. However this time he did not remove the windshield camera, which is what he used to do before I stopped having it. He just took something (a grocery) from the trunk and put it in the back seat. Of course like other actions I attributed their doing to him, this should not be taken that he personally did that.     

299: This Inflation In Food Prices

 Hey, look, it turned out that there could be big consequences if, for corrupt reasons, you fake a pandemic like that and stop the country from running. Who would have guessed? Right? 

I am writing this because couple of days ago I read somebody talking about inflation as if that did not happen, and I wondered  if corruption could really take advantage of the silence about this elephant in the room.

You sit there and play being in control of allowing or not allowing an order I make to pass until you want to? As if I would really believe that changing a word in my address from "Ln." to "LANE" made the difference after my payment being refused for no reason? Actually if there were a needed change on that it would have been most probably the other way around because it is the more formal way. Also, did you forget that not far ago I made another order and used the same payment method also with Home Depot with no problem? In addition, you think I did not notice from the early times you practiced it that you may mess a thing I am trying to do then take the opportunity of a far fetched probability I try to solve the problem, to suggest to me it was the issue?

296: The SEC And The IRS

 I just wonder who in this country sat and thought okay we probably have the most significant individual wealth concentration in the world and they control that much of the system so lets assign just minor subsections of the bigger system which itself they control to account for those guys in the two things that give them their power, financial securities and money? Oh, and then lets also leave them ridiculously unwatched? 

Although beyond how I think the corruption guy made it seem behaving sarcastically and less professional toward me in some of the letters I received from it more than a decade ago, I still do not have things on the IRS like I have on the SEC. Actually, even without any oversight effort the case of Madoff should have been by itself an unforgettable eye opener about the corruption in this entity even for those who did not have my experience with it. But heads were, probably in a big part also because of corruption, turned away from that sight.

Hey corruption guy, are you enjoying illegally borrowing my shares and selling them to others? Any law or regulation in the market not a joke to you?

By the way, I remember about the second stock which I mentioned in POST 295   of this blog how when I was trying to buy it sometimes this corruption guy stops my order from execution for no apparent reason even though my bid satisfies  the ask.         

295: Lending You Shares

With all the corruption and control around, generally and  also the SEC specifically, how far is it beyond ridiculous to have enough faith that there is really a sufficient oversight on brokerages not to lend your shares to the like of this corruption guy if you have no margin loan? Previously I told the story of the stock (the same stock for which I filed my first lawsuit against this guy) which I noticed when buying it later how the corruption guy more easily than earlier sells me big quantities of it at cheap prices. So I doubted that he really sold me those shares and to test that I tried to transfer those shares. That very routine and guaranteed to work task failed with every brokerage I tried and for justifications that sounded at the top end in being just made up for this request. Much later I had a similar suspicion about another stock I held at the same broker (Fidelity) and tried the same test and again could not do the transfer. 

So yesterday, I wondered how, in addition to everything else, if this corruption guy can make such naked shorting and keep my account with years and years without really holding the shares I am supposedly bought, is he really unable to make brokerage firms lend him shares even though the holders of those shares have no margin debt? Then suddenly a connection came to my mind between this thought and all the callings I have been getting from a broker at one of the firms where I hold my stocks. Not only I have never gotten as much callings from other brokers before but the guy calling never says why he called in the messages he leaves. That sounded a good fit for testing whether I have intention in selling my shares or that they will remain in my account and therefore available to be lent to the corruption guy.

 I really do not feel the energy to argue even about things like this. Most recently I wrote a post at this same number about this corruption guy @#$%#$% then deleted it. The post was connected to my shopping on Amazon. After that post I found that Amazon put an arrival date of about a week long to every thing I see on its websites. What is even stranger is that today, five days from that shopping date, in addition to finding almost everything arrives within the delivery time usually expected by a prime member, I still could have ordered the same thing I order then and with the same delivery date I got then. Anyway, I tried to ignore that and continue to my shopping but then no matter how many times I tried I still continued to receive THIS and even though in every time the item I was trying to buy (coconut flour) was listed as "in stock".

This corruption guy makes psychotic connection to people. They are to him like objects to manipulate. It seems that he often try to satisfy external demands to make things more convenient for me by blocking the less convenient options I have. He deals with me like water, you block its flowing from one path it has to go through the other. Last year he tried at the beginning of that mask in grocery stores joke, apparently because of similar pressure, to make me shop from inside those stores by messing picking up orders from the outside for me. Anyway, although I of course appreciate the caring thought, the end result of unnecessarily requiring this idiot to improve things for me is for me to be in a difficult situation even though the original inconvenience did not matter to me, and may end up spending my time writing things like this. I think that I have already shown how much I do not shy from making demands for myself if needed.

  I do not see anything obligating me not to sue this corruption guy for other things he did even if I win my current issue with him at the court. One special thing for which I do not intend to give him a free pass is the issue of the tracking device in my car if there is one, and I think there is. I think he did that as a substitute to tracking me through my cell phone after I discovered that and began carrying the phone and its battery separately (this option is not available with my current cell phone). And if the audacity of doing that when I was publicly bringing the attention and posting about being tracked by him is not enough, the level of his disregard to the system and the consequences seems to have been making him enjoy messing things for me at my target destinations and in a way that has nothing for him but affecting me personally (even with taking into account the ridiculous way he has been claiming to serve his purpose). Otherwise it is very probable that he could have kept tracking me (and even use detecting the radio stations to which I tune while on a long distance travel, to convey to me the fake reality and news he has been conveying) without being detected even anywhere close to how I see things now.               

292: Original Prosecutor On Jon Bennet Case

  While trying to see what powers the position of Colorado State attorney general could have been giving to those occupying it to react to how that case was handled, I found this. This is the original prosecutor apparently Then, and This in 2018. As if there is any more room to see more corruption here, could anyone avoid seeing there an intentional effort to sedate the people? 

Of course I realize that, with the earth shaking level of clear corruption related to handling this case, I could be pointing out the relatively minor before the major.  

291: The Outrageous Silence And Tolerance

This is completely unacceptable. Even if we assume we are legally helpless against corruption like that to which the preceding post refers, why is it being passed by with this low level of publicly pointing it out? The need to be restricted by a law should not be confused as implying that it is better not to criticize a thing as long as it does not violate the law. The power a society has through public shaming and preventing the unjust conduct or behaviour from mixing itself with the rest and appearing undistinguishable should be far from being ignored or underestimated like this, especially wherever and whenever the law cant reach or fails to reach. Beginning with those who are closest to the field where the wrong was done, making such criticisms with their unofficial capacities could be even more required from those who themselves are employed by the government. For example,  what prevents honest prosecutors from voicing out their true opinions about such an outrageous dealing with a case, to the maximum allowed by law? Do they think that the system as a whole is served better by extending the restriction of having an official role to include their views and opinions regardless of the level of corruption they see in other jurisdictional domains?

290: Boulder Colorado, Seriously?

I just want to know if the people there think that there is a competition for voting the lowest human beings as district attorneys? Otherwise why have they been keeping for twenty four years now those who conspire on the blood of that six years old whose skull was fractured with a baseball bat then finished off by strangulation like something that does not count?

 To all those corrupt prosecutors and media who pretend otherwise to hide reality with regard to the killing of JonBenét Ramsey, there isn't even a shadow of reasonable doubt that that six years old was killed by those living with her inside that house, period. Things fit in this direction and against that joke intruder claim to the level that it feels even the walls are about to scream and say what was just pointed out here and if there were a reasonable doubt in this case then nobody would have been convicted in any other case.

 What is in the preceding post seems to fit with similar effort but from the other side which I have mentioned before. I am referring to how the view of corruption of officials seems to be limited to situations of bribery and exclude favoritism, here. Both, the thing in the preceding post and this one seems to be related to losing the meaning of corruption but one through over expanding that meaning while the other through over limiting it. Although the group identity issue seems to have a noticeable big connection with how much favoritism is underestimated as corruption in this country.

There is a TV show called Corrupt Crimes which I have seen other episodes of it without having any problem in seeing that title fits the stories. But I have watched two episodes of it today where the story has nothing to do with what one may categorize as corruption.  I wonder if that is to push people away from recognizing corruption even more than how the group identity issue seems to have already taken away feeling corruption here?

It just occurred to me that I could have been thinking mostly about the show titled American Greed when I wrote that I saw other episodes of this show before. Nevertheless, the problem could be even bigger if the corruption category is applied like this for no ulterior motive.

Related to THIS case was the claim of death (suicide) in jail sufficiently verified? It is not just the claim itself but also how the behavior of the guy fits that of someone backed by some power that can pull corruption at such level for him. He did not show efforts to provide an alibi and hide evidences even close to that which someone in his position would do. And the killing he did was also not far from reflecting how dare you double cross me attitude that fits being in such position of power.

Related to a different case, although I may come back to it at some other future time, I still want to ask how often the prosecutor overrides indictment by its grand jury like the prosecutor of the JonBenét Ramsey case did? Unless I am missing that that grand jury had the power to indict on its own, why then did he go there in the first place? How much any other explanation can compete with that of someone seeking an excuse to serve some corrupt purpose but that effort made things worse for him and he was forced to show his original  intention even clearer?          

285: How About This Deal?

  Apparently it is not good enough for THIS guy that he easily  won the fight and beat the other guy but he also runs over the other guy back and forth with his car and then drive with the body of that other guy dragged with the car and finally finish things off with hitting or dropping a concrete block on the head of that other guy when this guy arrives at his garage. Then after what seems the result of special dedication by the honest part of law enforcement there, which involved dismantling the car piece by piece to finally find DNA evidence, this guy gets a deal of 12 years or less of imprisonment. Yes, finding the body of the victim and the concrete block thing came after the deal. But why would one want to make such a deal that early after discovering that incriminating evidence? All what was in the video does not counter the appearance of corruption there and in fact may actually make things fit that view better. Although I am not sure it will appear like that to anyone who really thinks that the allegations of Epstein death and Zimmerman court looked enough as not fake.

Actually, related to the preceding post, even assuming the deal I criticized in that case was surely not needed, I do not know that the entity I criticized has the final authority for making such deals. 

283: Correction

 I insisted on criticizing the handling of that case about the guy whose company claimed false sales to Walmart and Costco, by the FBI, and the silence of congress on that handling, because I ignored the possibility that if the CEO claims not knowing these things it could be seen as casting reasonable doubt. But at least based on some other case I watched on TV, it seems I shouldn't have taken such a position.   

282: Epstein vs. Zimmerman

 Who wins for maximum return on effort, Epstein with his bearded look for suicidal depression or Zimmerman with his injuries for killing another person as self defense? 

And by the way, aside from other things about Zimmerman's case, why should the injuries of Zimmerman be seen as  justifying a self defense claim but the fear of a teenager who finds himself suddenly being approached by an adult and the teenager reacts by running away then gets chased by that adult should not be? If the answer is that that fear could have also supplied justification for a self defense claim then what if the killing had happened the other way around? Should we not care about that and just rule in favor of the survivor like a jungle?   

281: Corruption And Congress

 Believe it or not it seems that the charges brought against Epstein were Federal charges. So this extremely suspicious situation of acting as if the claim that he died in prison did not sound like made up show belongs proudly to the head of our government here. On the other hand they broke the record of the shortest silence time with the two trillions they authorized at the beginning of this corona virus exaggeration scam. The speed with which that was done makes it hard to avoid thinking that it was not done for the people but to make things run smoothly for the scam. And it does not even appear that they gave close to that  level of decisiveness and actionable care with regard to this matter throughout the preceding time. So which path is more believable, the one suggesting sudden change or the one providing better connection by suggesting a planned thing?

   

280: Zero Calories Same As 1/3.2 The Calories?- 2

 I wonder if the other side may argue that using the product as a substitute to table sugar is itself what fits the "amount customarily consumed" regardless of what uses exist for the level of sweetness provided by that amount.  

But again the most important thing is for the FDA and other agencies not to override or disable the common law and language people use, in the information presented from the maker to the consumer, without requiring the signaling there for dependency on their rules.   

279: FDA Got Nothing Better To Do?

Related to the preceding post, even if that rule was made for amounts customarily used in life and were applied correctly, still, why would we need such a rule? How can the customer be better protected here? How good is it to read nutrition information thinking that the maker is responsible for its claims, but then it turns out that the FDA allows different thing without the knowledge of the consumer? I have always wondered about food labeling rules like this one where the common law and language render them completely unnecessary. Regardless, that could still be done with much less harm and betrayal to the consumer if the FDA were to require the maker of the product to mention that such information (like, for example, here, calling the calorie amount, zero calorie, if it is less than 5 calories) is according to an FDA rule if that maker is depending on that rule, instead of communicating to the consumer through a new language known only to the FDA itself and the maker of the product. Otherwise, how can what is going on in such cases be seen but fraud supported by the government?

278: Zero Calories Same As 1/3.2 The Calories?

Apparently that is what the math of Splenda sucralose packet sweeteners and/or the math of the FDA says. Take a look at the "Energy (caloric) content" section of this Wikipedia Page on Splenda. What does "amount customarily used" mean? If it is something the maker of the product sets on its own, then one can also take table sugar itself and market it in packets as zero calorie sweetener. Otherwise, in what customarily uses one packet of Splenda gives the needed sweetness? So what is going on here? How can a product be marketed as having zero calorie content when it in facts has close to one third the calories? Is this corruption at the rule making or at the lack of enforcing that rule level? Or both?

 Not wearing a face mask here, and if I were with the authority, I could have invaded Florida for that fake court which supposedly tried Zimmerman for killing Trayvon Martin. The system is so corrupt that, Zimmerman, because of the strength of the corruption force backing him, appeared so far from being really concerned about what was going on to the level of probably struggling to keep a serious face.

275: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy - 14: Again The Response Looks Missing The Target

Even though there maybe a significant amount of questioning for how this virus was called as the cause of death for many of the situations that involved pre existing conditions, still if there is one thing that may answer the question in the preceding post it is that pre existing condition explanation. However, the response that is supposed to be because of this virus is again wasting energy and imposing restrictions on the general public to whom infection for the vast majority would most probably be like a passing flu. On the other hand if I were somebody with a related pre existing condition I may appreciate something that enables me to stay far from the probability of infection like a financial support for example but it would not make me alter even a little the precaution I take not to be infected by the outside having even everybody else wears breathing mask.

274: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy - 13: Counting In That Elephant In The Room

Up to this point my conspiracy talk here did not extend to the data itself that is related to the death count related to this virus. But now I do not see a trust in any reporting out there that is capable of stopping this question:

How could an infection related disease have that many mortality cases in countries like this while not affecting even close to that many other places where infection has much bigger opportunity to spread? Look at the statistics about other countries. If this virus kills that many here with this level of cleanliness in the public environment and interactions among people, how many it would have killed at places like where I came from and other places that are even not as good as the latter in those qualities? Isn't this a joke? Like how all the consumption here for butter and saturated fat makes sense for things like heart disease and stroke to be more common here, it should be the other way around with infections. Nothing can explain this except a game and conspiracy being played at some selected countries.

    

273: Suffocating The People

The corruption of this corona virus exaggeration scam is at the dirty level of even chasing people on their basic necessities like groceries. Yesterday, I saw a TV short news about a woman throwing stuff out of her cart in a grocery store because she was told to put on a mask. While she has no right to do that, the stronger feeling related to the story for me was about how much she seems to be  frustrated for being chased with this nonsense to be forced against her will while all what she wants to do is just to buy food necessity.

She did not just dump her cart but instead was throwing items individually as if trying to counter a feeling that she needs to buy that thing for each of them.

272: The Question In Post 271

The answer to the potential for a need to generate new  objections, in the question in the preceding post, could be that objecting to management needs to be done in terms of asking them to do the correct thing related to some issue, rather than in terms of stop doing a wrong thing. This way management will enter the state of unacceptable behaviour after the first objection and will not exit that state until they remove all reasonable doubts related to the matter that gave rise to the initial objection, and therefore no further objections related to more clear wrongs associated with the same matter would be needed.    

It seems that, depending on the type of wrong, there could still be a good purpose to asking management to change even a clear wrong action before filing a lawsuit. That is because a corporation needs a purpose in order for a definition for what is and what is not for its benefit, to exist. That imply that if a corporation is registered as being for profit, for example, then any deviation from that purpose would be a wrong thing even if all shareholders were okay with that deviation. But even though it may be technically required,  it is impossible to follow that purpose to the max. Therefore I should have put my question below in terms of how much a thing is clearly unacceptable to shareholders rather than being just clearly wrong. Because otherwise management can do irreversible damage if allowed to do anything  unless they recieve an objection first.   
Back to the first part above, I might have exaggerated the technicality there. That is because what is needed could be  just to let management know that they need to correct something wrong until it is in an acceptable stage. For management to Know that there is such intention behind the objection it receives may not need a language at a contract making level like it is suggested in the first paragraph above. Nevertheless, it does not seem like a bad idea to take such a precaution. 

271: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy - 12: Correction To The Preceding Post

I should have noticed the lawsuit option earlier. That is because the only path for that that seems to be readily available argument wise is the derivative path (on behalf of the corporation) and that requires asking management to correct the action, first. Still it is not a bad idea to start doing this now in case they want to continue this closing stores everywhere game for some more time. So based on this I do not see that I can do much with a lawsuit at this time and therefore no longer sure I am going to do so . Also, contrary to what my talk about class actions lawsuits may suggests, any recovery obtained through the derivative path is for the corporation not the shareholders directly. 
On second thought, if a wrong as obvious as this requires asking management to correct their action, before filing a derivative lawsuit, wouldn't that open a potential for an endless process here? They could correct only a fraction of the problem. So, in that case, would correcting that resulted new thing also requires asking management again to correct their action? If no, then wouldn't that be based on that it is an obvious wrong? So why was it required to ask management to correct their action toward that first obvious wrong at the start?    

270: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy - 11: Big Conspiracy, Bigger Response

That what could happen to those business accomplices if their shareholders sue them for their closing or lowering their businesses without a reason like this, especially department stores. What could be better than suing for your benefit while doing good to the nation by teaching corruption a good lesson? If they want to argue back that they were following executive orders, they should be asked about why then they did not challenge those orders at the courts. But shareholders need to be very careful about what lawyers they select for class actions and even then they may need to very carefully question the actions of those lawyers and research carefully if they are really in their best interest. Then the cases should be followed all the way to the supreme court if needed.
Although anyone can get in a similar position by buying shares of those companies, I still do not feel good toward not using the authority I have here as a shareholder, against this corruption, after all the criticism I did to those in the government who do not stand to corruption despite how this country desperately need that. So although I do not wish to add more things to this kind of my to do list, especially with the special impediment I get from this corruption guy, I think that I am going to file at least one derivative lawsuit against  one nationwide department store. It may not contain much more than telling the court hey look no reasonable person can see this widespread closing to make sense.

I wonder if the participation of businesses in this game and  their conspiracy on their own shareholders by not running, or closing their stores, can be flipped back on them with lawsuits. For example, how can those big chain retail stores that closed their stores everywhere counter the argument that that cannot be seen as being done in good faith for the benefit of their shareholders?

Do you really think that if there were not a big nasty conspiracy behind the scene, there would be this much acceptance to close businesses, by their owners? Are they really that convinced to make such sacrifices because of a reason as weak as this? Because they are ordered to do so?  I think that if this situation were real and many businesses are themselves not part of the conspiracy, you would have seen lawyers representing companies camping overnight at the courts  to object on receiving such orders, especially the big companies. Actually, here for example, not only that I never heard about refusal and enforcement for those orders, I am still not sure we have enforceable orders in that regard to begin with.

267: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy - 8: I Warned You

For whoever honestly not trying to burden the country and create artificial recession to help the wealthy corrupt have their way with the stock market (Although this aim itself could be a minor thing in comparison with not implementing the targeted protection, pointed out in the preceding post, for the two more vulnerable groups, instead of this mess and wasting of effort and resources while letting that number of deaths occur in those two groups) : I warned you. I told you that although the falsification that is going on around me in relation to my issue with the corruption guy is less than a joke in its effect on me personally, how can you be not worried that similar games could be played with more serious issues? It seems like it did not take long for the result of that encouragement to lead to this unprecedented level of country wide misleading and  fake show.

266: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy - 7: Choosing The Harder Path

From as soon as it was recognized how it is less likely for this virus to be deadly for other than those with pre existing health conditions and the elderly, why didn't the protection be focussed on this group? We could have pointed out that fact to the public then asked people with preexisting medical conditions to come forward in order to protect themselves. In addition to the less restrictions on the rest and less burden on the economy, those two vulnerable groups could have been better supported financially and that in turn would support the effectiveness of this path of dealing with the issue. 

Nobody was arguing against the quarantine for the infected. So why was there such emphasis on dealing with the issue in terms of not transferring the virus instead of not receiving the virus? Why the clear and stronger path of having one taking care of himself was replaced with the more confusing and weaker path of taking care of others? Why choose what is much more undefined, and more dependant on morality here? Job adds, for example, as much as they can provide an enticing pay, are very far from from showing this self serving information in the background to the public serving, like here. It seems that the harder to implement path was intended here to magnify the problem.  
Even without being sure about that virus related thing, mentioned at the beginning, we should have looked for if there is enough probability to make the path described here our next step instead of jumping directly to or  continuing what we are in now.  

265: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy - 6: Market Data

Even aside from how a pandemic may have just a transitory effect on the economy, the preceding post should not be taken as accepting the economic data resulted from this artificially affected economy as belonging to the original. It is beyond ridiculous to tell businesses to close and people not to go out unnecessarily, then bring data like the unemployment filing and retail sales as representing the real economy like they do without those directives . So despite how the related news may be presented in a form that suggests a direct link between this corona virus and some economic data, one may need to pay attention to the intermediate link mentioned above. 
By the way, I wonder how many of the business owners or mangers, especially those at the big corporations, are so cool about closing their businesses, because of the relation they have with those who want to affect the stock market with this corona virus thing.       

264: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy - 5: The Pandemic Underneath

The whole country was hijacked like never before in its history and got its economy legs broken, for no reason except to serve the corrupt forces with the financial power in bringing the effect of the resulted artificial recession to the stock market. 

You people think that with a tyranny system you get a manual that shows you how to judge everything the government does or an alarm that sounds when the action of such government is not really intended to serve the people? Many times a tyranny government justifies oppressing its people with a purpose lacking complete proof for being misapplied, more than the purpose claimed in our current situation here lacks such proof. All what you get left with there is just the sense of not finding what is being done sufficiently reasonable and making much sense, which you cannot afford to ignore.        

263: The Sewage Called Capital One

Look at This on the go corruption of this company. There was nothing different in my login and even if there was I never signed to two step verification with them and even if I have signed for that I do not use this number because it is a landline not a mobile number. This sewage itself does all its communication with me through an email address which is now replaced with a phone number I never use with them and for a process I never chose to begin with. This is something that suddenly appeared from nothing. It is not  the not recognizing the computer verification which I always use for it that same email address to which this sewage itself communicates all things to me which is now not even given as option. This whole message shown in the link is entirely new to me and I have never seen it or even seen the like of it anywhere else before. Because they are excluding my email for their "verification" as if they are my email provider and therefore phones are the next degree in verification. But they made it on the go for this other sewage, the corruption guy, because I just sent email to the company called Phone Power about the shown phone number telling them that I will inform my credit card company about how one cannot delete his credit card information on their website (I wanted to do that after requesting cancellation). So this sewage made the other prepare all this on the go for me in probably less than 2 minutes.

Now I cannot access my account there even if I just want to end any relation with them unless I tolerate them forcing this on me and this sewage forcing his will again and again and again.
Also, if I click that I do not have access to those options they require me to call them.  

Before, this sewage company disabled my card while I am far in a different city but I continued with them trying to give things another try.

I just spent over two or three hours frustrating on merely accessing an account I have for absolutely no lacking on my part. 

262: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy - 4:The Increasing Death

Trying to see more clearly how much of what is going on is rooted in corruption, yesterday I directed my thinking toward the increasing death of this pandemic here. It really seems to even make some unwise looking protection measures understandable. But later I noticed how I am missing something big here. We did not start looking at these statistics from the start of the spread of the virus. It seems like we were intended not to go through the issue of this disease gradually but instead receive it more like a shock. That connects with why the matter was not brought to the forefront like this earlier and the issue of testing availability and the length of time it takes to reveal the result. Let the disease progress then bring attention to it so that things look more scary. 

According to the world wide "Total Deaths" chart Here one can see how much we started looking at things from when the effect of the virus started to intensify.  

This site here makes comparison between the death rate of this pandemic and that of 2009 starting from the first reported death. It seems like it is trying to make use of the strategy described above. Because according to Wikipedia the first infection for the 2009 pandemic was confirmed in March 28, 2009, while, also according to Wikipedia , with this pandemic, the same happened on  January 20, 2020.   
By the way, one may need to pay attention to the difference between death rate as applied directly to people and the one applied to the infected (Which I think is called Mortality Rate).      

261: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy - 3: H1N1 Pandemic of 2009

60.8 million cases, 12469 US deaths and 151700-575400 world wide deaths according to estimates Here. Additionally,  according to This , vaccine  was not developed until mid september 2009. So, how many remember even knowing about this at the time, let alone having it brought into focus and making it require stopping businesses and holding people at their homes like this? Maybe because we just had the recession  of 2008 and nobody wanted to bring down a stock market that went like crazy up?

260: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy - 2: Testing

The situation of testing for this corona virus thing here does not fit the level that exists in this country in science and technology in addition to the resources that seems to be ready to be allocated for this purpose as evidenced by the stimulus bill passed last week. On the other hand it connects nicely with the preceding post and the strategy of keeping the people away from real facts in order to show a big enough monster in that darkness. This article shows how the testing development here was late compared to other parts of the world while This article speaks about the backlog and how long testing results take until revealed in California. The latter added to my connecting the availability of testing with the scaring game that seems to be going on, questioning the time it takes to reveal the result (not just in California but in general) under the same light. However, while it still may not hide the big picture, one needs to pay attention that with regard to the time it takes to reveal the results, it is not one fixed fit with the scaring theory I am making, but depends on the situation. It is about the number of positive compared to negative results in addition to some compromising to avoid suspicion.

259: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy

With regard to the direct intentional level, initially I thought about only what seems to be an attempt to manipulate people with this  corona virus thing through interpretation. But now I feel like seeing that being done at the presentation level and a wide conspiracy. I clearly got enough of that kind and do not need any addition but lets take some steps back and look at our situation with this corona virus thing. Although I did that before, I want to start here with questioning the wisdom of the stay at home advice. Why is staying home the better alternative for protection from this virus? If someone has the virus, would not the probability increase to give it to related people if they all stay home? People get physically close to those related to them much more than they do that with strangers. And regardless of which approach to protection from this virus is better, don't they all share the purpose of preventing people from unnecessarily getting close to other people as practically as possible? So why should the advice here be given at this implementation level?

I started to suspect a no good intention at the root of this talk about staying home when I connected it to how when I searched the internet I could not find any statistic about how many of the number of total cases were infections among relatives or people at the same residence. Actually that connection was preceded by connecting this inability to find that statistic with a CNN news story about how a 38 years old man died from this virus without having pre-existing conditions because in that same story they mentioned that the wife also tested positive for the virus while the daughter still waiting for the test result. Speaking about sample stories, another one came today also from CNN about 70 college students who went to mexico for spring break and how 40 of them returned with corona virus infection. But if statistics have or presented more with that lacking mentioned above, how much one can depend on cases brought as samples here? 

Then look at how when you search for example Google for "coronavirus" you get a statistic on the side from wikipedia

that include only total cases, deaths and "recovered". How often you find news conveyed in the media in this manner. One often finds news stating that for example three people injured in car accident and were taken to hospital and two of them at serious condition. So how about a flu like situation being expressed not in terms of who is in serious condition but in terms of  who " recovered"? Some times one restore normal health after an intense sickness flu but there would still be something like for example a cough that keeps lingering for weeks. On the other hand This site list 95 percent of cases as mild for this corona virus. And in addition look at what This site reports about the common flu that "This season CDC estimates that, as of mid-March, between 29,000 and 59,000 have died due to influenza illnesses". 

All of this suggests intentional effort to install fear  and see this corona virus thing as much bigger than its real size. It seems to be a large scale conspiracy. Thanks to what happen to my own personal situation with another thing, I learned to disregard or consider for the opposite direction, the role of the media to be honest and state the real facts, enough to have no problem in seeing this at this scale. But of course, there could be people unknowingly participating everywhere. 

What could be the reason for such conspiracy. I think it is to negatively affect the financial market in order to gain better ownership of stocks after the economy improved and the stock market moved like this. The DOW moved from less than 9000 in 2009 to over 29500 in February this year. It seems that the economy was so good that big financial guys became in sever need for something to scare people away from the market so they decided to make the best use of this corona virus thing by presenting it as discussed above. Actually, what I mentioned here was preceded by signs I noticed within the financial market itself.    

        

258 Charter Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again Charter cut my internet connection and this time I am using it for trade stocks and cannot afford one minute of losing connection not hours like here until this corruption guy allowed me to connect. Again, does not being selectively targeted like this deserve prosecution by the government?

Charter keeps repeating this again and again and again. I never known something similar happening even once for someone else but it is a common occurrence to me. Why is it okay for this to happen to me? Why no body care to prosecute? Because it is not important? Okay you may not be interested in teaching corruption like this a lesson but do not you at least care that I should get internet service like other people? So when will you prosecute or at least tell an entity like this not to do such corrupt things or it will be prosecuted?   

When will you do that? If I go with another internet provider but this corruption guy make them do the same thing, would you prosecute then? Lets see. 
Not only I lost or missed in the market whatever I missed or lost because of this internet cut but it is now hard for me to focus on the work because of being frustrated and feeling like enslaved.

257: FINRA

Some kind of trading stocks may make you designated as a "pattern day trader" and that leads to having some special conditions imposed on your account. I already had some knowledge about the related rule but I still wanted to get more information. So I went to the FIRNA website and after searching for the words "day trader" (without the quotes) I found This. As you see, it says that the action that can lead to have that designation applied on you is if you "buy and sell (or sell and buy)" the same stock at the same day. That seems clear enough and ready to be followed rule from FIRNA website itself,  right? I could have seen it as such had I not already knew that it is not the same for selling and buying a stock as it is for buying and selling a stock. Initially I thought that the rule could have changed. Following the links provided in the article did not help me but doing a search at the SEC site confirmed my understanding. So I came back and wanted to find that support from the FIRNA site and did a search for "day trade" (without the quotes) and found This. Read the "exception" mentioned in the "What is a day trade?" (internal quotes omitted) paragraph. It clearly excludes selling then buying the same stock in the same day if the stock was held overnight. So unless it is for some corrupt reason, who in good faith would write the information in that earlier article and miss pointing out this? One may wonder about doing such a thing even if this missing information is considered an exception but why would buying the stock any other day be the exception to buying the stock on the same trading day, instead of things being the other way around?

What could that corrupt reason be? My guess is that it is for the same reason this whole "pattern day trader" designation was created to begin with. I think that without this rule, day traders may make the work of hedge funds and other big financial institutions on stocks to accumulate them from the hands of individual holders, significantly more difficult. 
I missed this, but actually it seems that with the "exception" mentioned in the second article everything would be covered with the buying then selling order without any need to mention the other way around unless the reference is to short selling and that may make things even more suspicious for being expressed that way. 

Note: The designation could be about the same shares not just the same stock as I described it here.

256: Prison Corona Virus

Just read news about death of a prison inmate after being infected with this corona virus. Had this virus been here earlier, you could have read the same about Epstein.  

255: Bugged Car?

If spying on my computers and tracking everything I do over the internet is not enough, I have a high probability that after I began to carry my cell phone separated from its battery to avoid being tracked through it (I did that with my earlier cell phone. The new one I generally do not carry with me), this corruption guy bugged my car with a tracking device. Furthermore, I think that this tracking device was most probably installed into my car when I took it to a dealer in response to a recall issued by the manufacturer. I think that it is highly probable that I have been tracked everywhere I go for years through this device.

Trying early to make correction to a Second Amendment argument I am making and this corruption guy made Charter take away my internet access and I had to wait for the permission of this shit to have my access to arguing on such important issue. And by the way he knew what I wanted to do because I continued late in the night working on this matter and also that it seemed that I had internet access when I turned on my computer until I clicked on my Second Amendment blog

253: Under Corruption Siege

How is it okay to let people unprotected from the level of corruption here like this?  If it is not enough to have no privacy over the internet with all my communications being seen by this guy, he also interfere to mess my actions there. Take what happened to me this day a little while ago for example. I needed to purchase a replacement part for an exercise machine from the Marcy brand so I called the phone number provided on the manual of the machine for this purpose. In the past I contacted this same company to order another broken thing and this guy made them act corruptly enough to send me a thing not completely made and had to wait again for the correct thing. This time from the start, after having my phone call directed where I can make the order, strangely enough there was supposed to be a waiting line of eight callers before me. What a slim chance for  such a thing to happen  the middle of the day to a company in the business of making exercise equipment.  But if this is not enough to suggest this corruption guy behind the things and having fun here, look at how the call ended. I kept waiting, for a total of probably around 20 minuets, with the message telling me to continue to wait for the next available customer service representative and my number on the waiting queue until I became number one.. then guess what? I found myself left with not a representative but the voice mail of a representative.  
Thinking about the legality of my position if I have the time to sue this company for such disrespecting action reminded me to point out that after reaching the voice box I still did not hang up and the call was ended from their side.    

252: What Is Left To Trust?

Although it is less than a joke for its effect on me, I still want to ask how can people here trust being in this system after seeing all this fabrication and falsifying? I think that a feeling of group identity establishment by contrast through this conspiracy maybe making things more enjoyable. But how can one answer the doubts that it can be done in the future against other things?

And what about the media? What is left of the media after seeing that it can all join together like this in acceptance and support of lies and false news, serving one specific entity?

What has been happening here on both of those directions is literally beyond imagination.

251: Charter's Intentional No Internet Access For Me

This is beyond ridiculous. I have contract with Charter but they continue to intentionally take away my internet service whenever they want. One person has been intentionally specifically  targeted by Charter with taking his internet access. How is such a thing not worthy of government enforcement and prosecution? It is clear that neither of the two safety catchers ("as is" and "as available")  mentioned in the contract with Charter covers taking away service targeting only one person like what is happening to me.

What happens if it becomes the general view to companies that they can announce readiness to provide service to the public but still may choose specific persons to play on and violate their contract with? Is not that defrauding to the public in general? If some special exception is being given here then I repeater again that I do not accept or tolerate a bit having my rights disregarded and violated like this.

250: Charter All Along

After posting the theory in post 246 that it was not Charter taking the role of the direct executor for that kind of having no internet access I discovered that I much more probably was wrong, but neglected to post the newer conclusion. The reason behind this change of mind is that I noticed that I missed that while I did not have internet access through wi-fi I did have the wi-fi itself. So the probability of making my router allows internet access through wired connection but not wirelessly is much slimmer than the probability that an ISP can distinguish between different access points coming through the same router and allows one but blocks the other from accessing the internet.    

249: I need permission to use what is my own

Allowed to use my internet access for sometime last night then it did not take long this morning for the problem to reappear.  It is like they grant me or take away permission to use my own internet access.   
Just in case having this guy watching all what I do over the internet and having no privacy is not enough, you have him reacting to that knowledge.

248: Still the same

I still do not have access to the Internet like other people because of this guy and/or Charter (of course the latter does whatever it does for the former but I am referring to the executor here), not any other entity, just in case it is claimed otherwise.

Hey government, leave this guy does whatever he wants without any prosecution even though you know he should be, or even help him, but show your enforcement of the law on the poor and unprivileged with things like tempting other people to do a violation of the law then catch them, creating case from nothing, like in that bait car show, because that is how things work in the septic tank of democratic systems.

247: And now my wired internet access

My home wireless connection to the Internet is still controlled and blocked from the outside and does not work except occasionally and/or with intermittent connection. Furthermore, I have just spent about 40 minuets trying to correct my wired connection to the Internet which stopped working suddenly just when I stopped watching a youtube  video and went to my computer to do something, as if somebody intended it to happen at that point to frustrate me.

Whether it is just this guy or Charter and this guy, unless I am in an isolated country on my own, this should not happen. I should not spend my time like this trying to make one abstain from intentionally providing me with bad service despite its contractual obligation to me and/or fighting against cyber attacks violating my right inside my own home.

Again, I do not accept living with this guy having the permission to do whatever he wants to me like this.

Writing the above took me an additional hour. I had different plan to spend this rest of the day but this rat refused to leave me alone and despite being content with my only wired access to the Internet. But it is not like it did not occur to me earlier how his megalomania might be itching him hard from even a minor thing about showing less control like what the preceding post suggested.

246: Disabling my internet access from the inside?

Now this corruption guy seems to disable my internet access from the inside. When navigating the internet the connection comes and goes on its own and even though my internet phone seems uninterrupted (Although this test may not continue to be available after writing this given how corrupt my internet phone company (Phone Power) is (LINK). I tested this on two computers with different operating systems and the same interruptions continued to happen. While usually the computer display the "no internet connection" message during these intermittent disconnections, after rebooting I got the message "network change was detected" after first interruption following rebooting then the old "no internet connection" message returned with the second interruption. 

Although it is a violation to my rights either way, this looks more as the result of the work of this guy from inside without the participation of corrupt Charter Communications even though it did disconnect me earlier in the day. 

Before this situation, this guy did interrupt and mess my local connection to a wireless hdmi device I have on more than one occasion and also today. This looks like an upgrade or extension to that.

After writing the above, I connected my computer directly to the cable modem and no interruption happened for relatively a long time. Given that those interruptions were far from looking like the result of a malfunctioning router either, this test supports the theory I put above.

Another Update:
I still wanted additional support that the reason  is not a malfunctioning router  on my side. So today, while I was disconnected from the internet I unplugged the modem but kept my router running. Then I connected to my wireless hdmi device I mentioned above, which uses my wi-fi network for communication, and was able to use it without any interruption for hours. This very strongly supports that the cause of the problem is not on my side. I am writing this using wired connection to the modem. 
         

    

245: Similar Story to This Death Allegation

This is the POST I mentioned earlier where I talked about seeing this kind of game before. The guy there was even too polite to burden the jail keepers with cleaning after him and apparently his good manners stopped just short of making him bury himself after committing suicide elsewhere. 

This story would have been probably enough to make me anticipate Epstein death allegation that followed later had I known earlier about what sounds like a building and preparation for this claim with that first suicide attempt claim, but I did not know about that and only knew that there is a case on such a guy a short while before this death claim (I hardly watch any news, trying to avoid participating with the hijacking of the world that is being done for our corruption guy here, even if it is just at the level of just watching).

Probability of corruption like this, passed on and tolerated publicly like this, is beyond imagination.

Too bad cannibalism is not condoned so that one could have said "I ate him" and be closer toward preventing checking the truth.

Speaking , in the preceding post, about not changing my view, I do not feel even a bit less, now than I did before, that Zimmerman court in Florida was fake.
Back to this, as if how ridiculously the whole thing sounds like arranged and made are not enough to make one seek real verification, you read about the history of this guy and you wonder how much more and how bigger than this the red flags showing what this guy can pull with the government can be?  Actually, the bigger parts of the picture add up like the parts of this death allegation itself. After exhausting what can be shown to the outside about having  you pull things from the government in one character, it is time to start fresh again with a new one. 

242: Faking The Death of Epstein?

I am not even in-between regarding alleging the death of this guy. I am considerably more on the side of seeing it as false claim, and would be surprised if the claimers really prove it to be true.  
And let me add this. No matter what is being or going to be put out there regarding this, unless I come back to correct myself on this issue it should not be taken even as a possibility that I changed my view. 
The thing could be looking much more believable than this and I would still have sought verification by eyes of a person I really trust and/or DNA analysis by a lab and a person I really trust, if I have the authority to do that. Otherwise, I would not think of myself as being even close to doing the job I am supposed to do and sufficiently caring about the country.
I repeat again that I am not motivated here by how much I want the guy to be punished but by the need to fight corruption especially when it reaches the level of in your eye under the sun corruption while it looks like everybody walks around like there is nothing there.

241: Alleged Death of Epstein

Did a sufficiently trusted entity see the guy dead? I mean really trusted not some officials given the benefit of the doubt. I do not have any special access and was not searching records or even looking for suspicious stories but still within a short period of watching stories of this kind that were selected to be shown on TV to convey good actions of the system to begin with, not how they looked to me, I noticed several suspicious stories that included one about what sounded also like fabricating death of another well connected man and I wrote about it here. I may one day trace my posts here back to it.  It was one of those stories I posted starting from that amazing story about the FBI making a deal with somebody in order to catch a person accused of falsely alleging selling things to Walmart and Costco. 

My knowledge about the story of this guy is at the headline level, at best, but I am amazed at how much a suspicious system like this is blindly trusted. I searched for more details about this death news trying to find what makes me closer to believe it and instead things sounded even more suspicious to me.

240: Let Me Set This Clear Again

Having to stay on my situation with the court does not bother me a bit in itself. However other than that I do not accept a bit of violation to my rights and being left like a toy to this guy for any period and no matter what the compensation for that could be in the future. And I would be happy to use the empowerment of that same compensation to prosecute as much as I can the same people who did not follow their duty in preventing or prosecuting these violations to my rights in exchange for enabling that compensation to reach me.
And even if I were to accept being left like this by those with the enforcement and prosecution power of the government, what about their duty to prosecute things violating the system? It is not like they are like a court in that it is not required to invoke itself unless it is invoked by one of the parties.
