230: Not Even Looking Or In Proximity

One day it is that suicide allegation in the preceding post. Another day, it is that story I mentioned before about the guy who after being sentenced suddenly declared as a witness. Another time, it was making a deal with a complicit under the allegation that it was needed to get evidences against a guy who was falsely claiming sales, even though the records of the fake business are there and stores like Walmart and Costco were allegedly buyers. Suspicious or unjustified things like these should be found after gaining some special access and conducting an exhausting search then cause a big shock when shown to the outside, not appear like this to someone watching TV at his home without any effort to focus or search for the like. This is not the result of transparency but an expression of how much corruption is immune here.     

229: Showing corruption fighting here

Yesterday, I watched (on the HLN TV network) part of one of those crime investigation shows. The show was about a serial rapist who turned out to be a high executive of a corporation with apparently enough connections to get him a free pass even on crimes at this level. He himself tells those whom he rapes that he is a big thing and they could never succeed going against him. No or only very little prosecution happened to him until the good guy focus of the show, the investigator who was assigned to the case, found about the connection of that guy to those crimes and proceeded all the way to arrest the guy waiting for trial. This seems a nice turn of events and one would be waiting to see how the corruption that supported that guy would make him fare with the court system, but nothing of that happen. He did not even reach the court. What supposedly happened according to the show was that the investigator was surprised the next day when he did not find that guy in his cell. When the investigator asked he was told that the guy paid his bail and went out. To where? Supposedly to no other place but the cemetery where his father was buried to commit suicide there.

Can you believe this? Imagine the sedation toward corruption in this country if this was supposed to be a story about fighting it. The show did not even bother to go into things supporting that really what happened.         

228: The forgotten defrauded

How wonderful? This guy moves around with his connections inside the government without any accounting for the people he defrauds in the market where he is a continuous machine of manipulation and defrauding. Even for just my second case that I filed in New York, what about the other people he defrauded? Actually, while I complained about lost advantage, it is hard not to think that many others suffered loss relative to what they actually paid. That was not even a defrauding where you have a choice if only you control yourself not to trust a statement from somebody. Instead that was a a defrauding of the kind where somebody naked shorts and adds nonexistent shares. How can you defend yourself against that?  

227: Sewer Sling logs me out on its own

This is the third time it happens that corrupt sewer called Sling logs me out while I am watching, for no reason and I would be very surprised if it is not being done for this rat.

This rat messed my router again. It is like nothing can be counted on him toward prosecution. This is CRAP not democracy. I am writing this using wired connection.

Charter's Wild West Corruption

Charter has been keeping me without internet for a big part of the past three or four days serving this guy. Actually today I was allowed zero time access. Personally I cant get enough time to be with my thoughts. But is it legal for them to intentionally do that to a customer or is it more like fraud or doing intentional harm to others and they are merely counting on the corruption of the government that they will not be prosecuted?(Posting from my cell)

Called again because the first time I jumped to telling them some of what I want them to hear then ended the call without listening to their excuse first. This time they said that there is no problem with my modem and questioned my wireless router. Like they said, I connected to the modem directly and this is how I am accessing the internet now. But this is even more obvious than the previous times this guy with or without their help intentionally messed my router and I wrote about it before. Like I said above, a big part of the past days I had no internet access but not throughout all those days. It was on for long period then off for long period situation.     

224: My Rights

Just like having someone inviting you to his home could make the difference between valid entering and trespassing or breaking and entering, I do not accept the appearance or pretending of corruption even assuming it merely affects my rights, not the system's, except where I gave my permission for that, and regardless of how the real reason could be positive for me. Confusing the real with the fake here may affect pointing out bad things elsewhere by raising the same possibility. 

The corrupt electric company doing it again

It is doing it again. The electric company is keeping this neighborhood without power and refuses to repair the problem,
for the pleasure of this guy. It has been between 5 and 6 hours or more now.

222: Corrupt Sling

The streaming service that seems to be going out of its way to divide and repackage cable channels for more money, also suspends its service to me until I make an input to change that, for this guy. Yesterday they did it with a message that some error has happened and today things lacked even more the suggestion of other than its participation, with the screen going black in the middle of the show without any reason. These are in addition to other things I have from the past also suggesting it making itself a sewer for this rat. Also, I think that when I signed for this service that there was the option for more than 50 hours of dvr but for the sake of this guy who noticed how I prefer more of that that is not the case anymore.

    

221: Seen Enough USPS Corruption?

I ordered some trees online. This guy, watching everything I do online (actually I think that I do not even have to be online because it is good enough for viruses he has in my computers to report on my activity as long as I physically do not turn off the router and the modem even if I disable access to the Internet for the computer I am using as mentioned in a previous post), contacted the low life seller and made him sends me a tree I do not want. I contacted the seller and he pretended that it was a mistake. I, of course did not believe that joke but still offered that seller to tape back the box and put it near my front door to be picked and returned back to him if he arranges for the carrier pick up. He accepted and I did what I promised to do but look at what this guy made the USPS do (of course I do not think that seller is not part of the game but this is not the issue here). They sent me a confirmation email that the package will be picked the next day. It was not picked and despite that the carrier came and put other packages I ordered from elsewhere near my front door where this package was waiting for pick up but still it was not picked up (This guy probably also wanted to repeat  making me have that same feeling when my food contribution in the bag designated for the pick up for that purpose was not picked up). If that is not enough, one day later he made the corrupt United States Postal Service sends me another email stating that the package pick up was completed successfully even though to this day, seven days later from the confirmed pick up date, it is still standing outside in front of my door. I may throw that tree away any time I want but look at this level of corruption by what is supposed to be a close to the government entity like this, that does not even mined being email documented and despite all what this entity had done and what was announced publicly about its other corrupt actions in the past.                 

220: Complete Vulnerability On Top of Having No Privacy

As if having your privacy on the internet taken away is not enough, imagine the knowledge of everything you do there available to such guy to go behind you and mess your things. And while such situation might be intolerable everywhere because of people who lack moral values or the integrity to hold themselves from seeking a potential benefit resulting from allying themselves with this guy, it is even much worse here because the alliance by itself, as a way for group identity, is extremely overpowering.  One very special thing I would like to cite in support of this is what those Impractical Jokers did in one of the episodes of the show and the commendable analysis and comments they did there. The show was about pretending to run away from something and seeking the help of a person to support you with that by lying and/or denying your presence to another person who comes a little later looking for you. A support there was given against various people including a little girl and a nun. The guys themselves commented saying it is amazing how you can so easily create an alliance (A level of introspection at the group level hardly seen elsewhere here). I actually think that my use of the word "alliance" today when talking about identity establishment and grouping was leaned from that.

Anyway, back to the issue that pulled this whole connection, I don't use the phrase "the spirit of the law" much but I think that, even with the absence of any other supporting argument, having no right for privacy over the Internet and leaving a person susceptible like this with no other alternative to protect himself there looks far from the spirit of the Fourth Amendment. 

        

219: Who is the one really laughing from above?

This idiot insists on some things he picks through his watching my actions on the Internet and thinks that he is secretly having fun manipulating the behaviour of some of those low lives around me while in fact I am the one watching him making himself like a joke. For example, when I sent the USPS a complaint about the incident mentioned below (post 217) he made them insist on phone contact. Another, example with better probability of him enjoying perceived secrecy in his actions happened today. He once watched me not complying with the demand of a company for pictures to honor its warranty and now I have that nursery company called Willis Orchards sending me the wrong tree then ask me for pictures and I have only very little doubt that it was his rat like work through another entity offering itself as a sewer for him (that include not only the request for pictures but also sending the wrong tree).

Related to the earlier post, he could have allowed me to print my insurance card had I continued for a little more trying but the issue is not about mere physical efforts and associated frustration. It is about him being allowed to have this control over me and treat me like his toy whenever he wants.

Aside from all that one would still ask what he is trying to achieve doing things like this? If it is related to the issue at the court, what he wants me to do? I keep declaring how much time is not an issue to me and he keeps badgering me like this?What is that he wants me to say instead? The other way around?  How could that suggest strength in his position? Is there anybody asking him that or is it that they are only ready to degrade the system for that purpose? One in a strong position there would be happy for the delusion of his opposing side that his issue is still alive there and would try to keep it happy in that instead? What is it that he wants to suggest here? That the judges are on his side to the level of accepting that he does such things to me? How is it not counter productive to try to suggest them not just being so but also ready to show themselves with such unnecessary level of bias?

That what drives one crazy. It is not just that the system is being used for him but that it is being used for his service for what he himself play around and does not care to control himself to support that use.

Anyway, I took a long vacation from filling court complaints and need to get back on that track for whatever he does to me and take every case to the furthest judicial point I can.

I have a live tree sent bare root which I am supposed to receive through USPS Priority Mail. It is now past due despite being in the distribution center of the main city here since the early morning hours. The delivery date had already failed twice from what it was said to be. Previously a bit of thunderstorm and some high sound gave this guy the excuse to cut my electricity for two days. Imagine what he can do where there is the excuse of a hurricane and flood (although not in this state) here where he had previously already made the mail carrier refuses to pick my food contribution bag with the USPS permit number printed on it (Link) for no reason. I still have that plastic bag and the cans of food I bought the day(s) before to put in it. 

From the day that shocking event of having this guy exercises his influence on an entity that is connected to the government as the United States Postal Service making it intentionally miss deliver my papers to none other than a Federal Court and the lack of sufficient government reaction afterwords, I reached the recognition of the latter as a sewage stuff not a real government.  

By the way, a little while ago those unbelievable past situations with false events fabricated and maintained as the public truth throughout the whole nation for this guy, occurred to me as  abhorrent to the level of calling them crimes against the honor and integrity of humanity in general.

216: cant print my insurance card from Gieco

I cant even establish a connection to print insurance id card from that lizard company. Not only that but I keep getting thrown back with my sessions expiring in seconds as if someone is playing with me and not even merely at the ISP level. So in addition to what I mentioned before about being unable to log to the app on the cell phone I cant even print an insurance card from my computer? What should I tell the cop if I get stopped and asked for insurance? That I could not print the card because his whole country is swimming in a corruption crap allowing this guy to do whatever he wants to this level? 

215: up to this moment

Today, I tried to log in to my Ameritrade trading platform (thinkorswim) but again started with the same situation I described in post 211. Then tried to log to my account online to inform them of that (assuming they are not part of it) and this time they chose to ask me one of those identity saved questions and it did not accept my answer probably also the result of the action of this rat. After that I tried to log to a bank account of mine and after entering my Id and password  the page did not load. Finally (up to this moment of course), my Amazon search returns long list of results and pages but I cant see any of them and this happened repeatedly.

If this rat is doing such things with the help of others choosing to act like corruption dirt or sewer for him to pass through but still within their legal rights to do so then my main purpose in posts like this is to also use my own right in pointing out the dirt. On the other hand my first priority is to hold all of those running the government system here responsible if any of this contain violation or encroachment on  my legal rights. One violation could be enough to make a person declare this let alone when being treated like a toy.

This is the second time I try to send a message to a member on ebay and the first attempt fails with the reason stated as not entering the text used to make sure you are a person and not an automated process, correctly. The first time I said that I could have made a mistake even though I doubt that very much. But this time I paid additional special attention to entering that code and there is no way that I could have made a mistake but still received the same error message and had to do again. I do not know if the corrupt dirt here who is helping this guy enjoy playing me as a toy and/or forcing his will is Charter (my internet provider) or ebay itself.  

213: Overriding cable TV?

The TV guide for my Sling Streaming TV Service (through Charter Internet Service) for the Comedy Central Channel currently ( 3:08 Eastern Time) list movies but what I have been shown  are episodes of the show the Office with commercials that unusually included local ones. I wonder if everybody sees the same discrepancy or is it that this guy is forcing his will even overriding my cable TV shows (or the schedule shown)?

Related to the earlier post below about being tracked, after reading about tracking a person through the cell phone of that person, it seems as if it can be done without the involvement of the service carrier and therefore I need to point out seeing a higher probability for being wrong in my previous accusations to my carrier (Virgin Mobile) that it itself does the tracking for this guy. 
By the way, I am also thinking about the probability that the issue I described at the first part of the preceding post could be the result of a virus from this guy in my computer  without cooperation from TDAmeritrade.  

211 Market Corruption Even at The Trade Execution Level

Scottrade did dirty conspiracies with this guy but at least I was able to log to my trading platform easily. But now after they were acquired by TdAmeritarde their Thinkorswim Trading Platform keeps the message "installing update" for a very long time on my screen until it shows me where I enter my login information (if at all) and it is hard to avoid the thought that it is being done for this guy.   

If that is not outrageous enough, take a look here. Here is a snapshot I took to a screen of my account with Schwab (with account number cut out) where the guy suddenly decided to disable me from trading this stock despite trading it numerous times before (and after) that stoppage period.

Order not accepted 

You can also see how within that same snapshot where the top tells me that the order cannot be accepted because the "security symbol is invalid", the bottom of the page shows a quote for that security. Also notice the arrow in the symbol box which imply that the symbol was selected from a provided list (for the stocks in which I own shares) not entered by the user. This was more than just for imposing his control. He did this because he wanted me to use my Fidelity account where he apparently has it easier to intercept trade executions. This came fitting what I had already noticed about his access to the execution of my trades though Fidelity and I am not fitting things in hindsight here.  

This reminds me of another corruption incident several years ago where he stopped me from buying this same stock even though I was offering the bid price at my account with Trade Monster (acquired later by Trade King).

You think we should see what was Schwab's answer for this?

I did seek that (and provided this same snapshot screen) and they responded to my email with a message telling me that there is a response in my message box at my account. When I opened the latter it was also an automatic message with no special content about the matter. However, although this trade refusal kept happening every time I entered an order for that stock there during that period,  it did not happen again after I wrote to them about it, at least up to now. 

  

210: Being Tracked

I am beginning to suspect that this guy had bugged my car with a tracking device. There are detection devices one could buy to check that but the problem is that it is not like I can go to a store and pick one myself. I have to count on him letting me receive a properly working device through the Internet. And of course, the search should happen before he gets the opportunity to remove the tracking device if there is one. 

On second thought after I read about the issue, it could also be that he tracks me though my cell phone even though I keep it off. 

The latter seems more probable given all the breaking and entering this guy had done to my car with intentionally showing me he was there (of course I do not mean personally).
I probably should have reached the conclusion that he tracks my car much earlier than this. It is not like it did not occur to me that my cell phone could be used for that purpose even though it is off. Anyway, what finally pushed me to cross that line of suspicion were two things. The first was how I once left WalMart to a different direction where I usually go and I saw signs that he detected that. However, given that from the beginning of that trip I turned right instead of left as usual I thought it could have been seen through the outside cameras of the store and then combined with some guessing leading to that result. But, after a recent trip to another city where I used only cash shopping from different stores than where I usually shop and still got signs (some of them were even on the go) that he knew specifically what stores I visited, I couldn't avoid taking the possibility of being tracked anymore. Instead now I have high probability that this guy tracks me through my cell phone which I keep off.

I have been trying to login to the Geico mobile app on my mobile phone since more than an hour and half ago and keep receiving the message:

"We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."

for this which is for an on the go use app. Does this happen to anybody else?

Anyway, I recorded some of those attempts on video and maybe later sue whichever entity  acting as the sewer for this rat to pass through. Of course that is in addition to adding to proving the sever corruption of the law enforcement in this country on the like of this guy.

I just had a website suddenly stopped responding in a way suggesting it is for this rat until he allowed me to finish my order there.  Spending sometime doing other things on the internet while it was known that I am about to make an order on that website, it was actually hard not to anticipate this from him. 

By the way, a similar thing just happened while I am preparing to post this but this time taking away the whole internet service and the roll of Charter as his accomplice is unmistakable.

For the last couple of hours or less I have been comparing competitive items for a product I want to buy, going back and forth on links on a review page until suddenly the same links started to take me to different pages. Did such a thing happen to anyone else? Is there any restriction on this dirty rat and his accomplices not to play and violates people rights like this in this disgrace to democracy system?

And beside all this corrupt control, they did all that degrading to the system for his main issue with me probably thinking that I will be happy for exchanging that with resolving that issue with more material benefit for me instead of knowing how much it is hard for me not to vomit seeing their actions.

Military generals are in control but this guy rules because of his financial power and connections? Who would have thought he would see such a thing where I came from without coming here to experience it? Give those in dictatorships elsewhere democracy and see how they would kick the behind of the like of this guy and his boss all the way to the end of the earth light years away from him being anywhere at the level of power given to him here. 

      

206: The right of the system at the root

While the system being used or abused or trampled for this guy, I want to point out that even with what happened directly to me at the core of my issue, there should be a view for the right of the system as an existing thing by itself and that my personal right should not eclipse system's right from being seen and accounted for. Also, even if we assume reacting to violations on the latter could be done through reacting to those on the former, it is not the only path for the purpose. With a big part of what happened to the dealing with the cases I filed, the system appears not only hijacked but treated with disregard like a joke.

The France vs. Belgium game from Fox On Demand currently shows me the message 

"Sorry, an error occurred with this program

Please stand by"

and I am not sure if it is Fox or Sling (my streaming provider) or Charter (my Internet provider) is the one doing it for this guy.

Speaking about Fox doing such things for this guy, a few days ago I watched the last game on Fox on Demand at that time but because the screen listing the games did not roll all the way to the end I thought there could be still some there and for a little bit of time kept trying to reach the end of that list. But believe it or not, this guy appears to have changed the number of games listed at the Fox on Demand sign from 56 to 57 to support that doubt and makes me mistakenly continue trying to reach a none existing thing. Then that change was reversed back when I logged out then in again.

Also regarding Fox doing such law life games for this guy, if you look at the games listed on Fox on Demand you would see that the game Russia vs. Croatia was listed before the game Sweden vs. England even though the latter happened first. The result of that was when I watched the first according to that listing as part of my way of watching the games on my own time using Fox on Demand I got the other one spoiled for me with knowing its result which is something this guy knows  I try to avoid.

By the way, the first time I tried to follow this arrangement and clicked on the game on Fox on Demand after skipping watching any of the games on the day before I got instead a separate cat sneezing video and had to go back to click it again to go to the recording of the game. I doubt that was anything other than this low life exerting his control and/or telling me that he knows what I am doing and he can mess it up if he wants.

Again, I completely filled a form on the internet but instead of being transferred to the next stage, I was returned to the beginning as if I did not just provided that information and I would be surprised if this guy with Charter's (my internet provider) help was also behind it.

Just in case I need to point this out for the situation with this guy, offering a settlement for previous violations to my rights does not imply accepting new violations to happen again even if it is seen with certainty that the same settlement would have been accepted had those present violations also happened in the past. In other words, accepting that someone compensate you because, for example, he had pushed you down thousands of times is still very different form the question of accepting to allow him to push you down just one time more and even if it is certain that same compensation would have been accepted for much bigger number of those past pushing down actions. Accepting a compensation settlement for past violations on one's self is not the same as selling one's self.

Also, I do not accept the excuse that it is for my sake that the executive branch does not take action against this guy's violations to my rights because it could mess a positive potential for me with the court. That is not the business or responsibility of those in the executive branch and I could very gladly use the addition empowerment of that positive potential itself later if realized to go after those who do this.

And again the frustration today of another website where I provide the accepted input but still cant go to the next stage as if it is interrupted by this guy using the help of Charter Communications (my Internet provider). And this unusual thing happened after I woke up today to another unusual thing of making a seller elsewhere cancel my order for an item I have been waiting for days for no reason which I hardly believe was not also pulled by this guy. I am not arguing that he and/or his accomplice should be also prosecuted for that but one would think that it would provide enough frustration for me to satisfy him at least for today.

Is there any real enforcement of law against this guy or is it there are none but his servants?

Anybody like to feel this enslaved under the control of this guy to allow or not allow his communications? The mere thought of someone having such control on you because of one occurrence is intolerable let alone when it keeps happening again and again.

All this corruption to the system and making it his joke plus coming everywhere through the TV and media and even in grocery shopping where he does not leave me alone and has to play God on me taking things away or reducing the price of others apparently is not enough for him and he has to force his will violating my right to access websites I want to access.  Again nobody should be left like a free domain for this guy to violate his right whenever he wants if there is even a little bit of honest prosecution not coming from rats here.

Having fun on the go this guy appears to have disabled the CVS store selection for me. I kept entering my Zip code and get no results until he apparently decided to make it work again.

Again, it seems that this guy disabled or isolated me from accessing websites today most probably (if not the only explanation) with the cooperation from my internet provider (Charter Communications). State Farm insurance has been ignoring my request to be provided with my home insurance policy to read it which is probably another thing connected this guy (This by itself could be a good reason for a lawsuit but the list is already very long with such corruption accommodating system ). After I wrote to them about that I went to look for insurance from another company but this guy apparently kept disabling me despite my repeated attempts. How many others had ever been unable to access Geico insurance over the internet trying that several times through different portals? Then later he apparently changed the game to repeatedly give me a timeout message every time I click on getting a quote. A little later he repeated the old game of disabling me from accessing my home mortgage site despite providing the correct user name and password. 

This thing of having an internet provider falsifying an inability to access a website without really trying to connect the customer to that site or connecting with data other than what was submitted by that customer is very frustrating betrayal and violation and such internet provider should be severely prosecuted.

It seems that the behaviour I described in post 195 about this recent calling for the cops suggests the involvement of the corruption guy rather than a mere  discrimination like the previous examples. It is hard to see that a cop would unnecessarily invoke that discussion of  crime or not crime and direct his attention toward the person like that second cop did if the motive is discrimination. If it involves a violent action or an insult toward the discriminated person then the trade off with the psychological inconvenience of directing the attention toward the latter might be convincing but just for the sake of arguing like that for a cop, it does not seem so. The only explanation that seems to fit good here is that that action was intended to add another layer of protection and service for the corruption guy whom I would hardly expect to have let things go without making a contact to pull the police to his direction after seeing me contacting it regarding the matter if he was involved. The first cop might have not been involved or was also seeking serving this guy but after seeing his level was achieved, he wanted to upgrade to that sought by his comrade. Both scenarios also fit the time order of the events with the second cop arriving less than a minute after the first, because the first cop might have been dispatched before receiving the communication related to serving this corruption guy or that the second cop was sent merely for adding support to that purpose. I have twice before called for the cops to come in this city and in both cases only one cop in one car were sent and it does not seem that they are inclined to send two cops and in separate cars for no reason (The part I mentioned suggesting more than one cop is a special occurrence resulted from me continuing communication and complaining about their own behaviour toward me).

Continuing from the preceding post

Earlier that day I was flipping through TV channels and saw the remainder of a show where two guys were walking through tall grass or the like and had to be careful to avoid rattle snakes and this guy knows what I watch on TV even though I do not have a cable (I have known this for years and some of my reactions should have been enough to suggest that sooner to the corruption guy whenever he is not toying with the world and taking things to his desire playing around). It seems like when I  later went to do my yard it occurred to this guy, and you know that I am accepted like a toy to him according to this modern day slavery by corruption, the desire to make me experience a smaller version of that so he arranged for what I described in the preceding post. 

I have before seen or passed near snakes while mowing the yard but it was connected to the yard being mowed and never looked as artificially created situation like that of yesterday.

I probably also better mention previously seeing what seemed to be this same snake in the middle of the street, also like it was put there, across from that same neighbor and my house as I was coming from shopping in what sounded like another episode of cooperating action with this guy before I started to turn my cell phone off in order to avoid being tracked and enable synchronized action like that. So it seems like this time they decided to bring things closer.

I was going back to my garage to add gas and continue mowing my backyard when I found a snake about 4 feet in length and thickness of about 1/2 to 3/4 inch, inches away from my garage opining. It seems like it was put there by one of the neighbors and probably for this corruption guy using accommodation from a new neighbor that is more dedicated and/or put there for the service of this guy. From the timing (at the moment I was coming back to my garage) and the location (the body of the snake had just or not yet been totally on the paved path from the side of that relatively new neighbor) and the body position of the animal, things fit good with that it was thrown from the side of that new neighbor there just while I am about to return. That is also a good way to avoid a security camera I have in front of my garage. I have other things fitting the big picture that that snake did not come by itself but was thrown there. 

I called the cops on that neighbor whom I think controls the snake and now I want to talk about my experience with cops here in general.
One time in Knoxville, the big city near this one (Lenoir City), I called the cops complaining about a neighbor who repeatedly crosses into the yard of the house where I was living to pull down the trashcan and they argued back against me that I did not have a "no trespass" sign, despite the action I just described. 
Here, one time I called them about how an adjacent neighbor guy parks his car on my side intentionally trying to agitate me despite that there is an ample space on the portion of the street in front of his own home and I got informed that I do not own the street. Later that cop came back to tell me or argue against me using the excuse given to him by that guy which was that he parks on my side in order to avoid his car getting accidentally hit by one of the neighbors across without any support for that claim. The situation ended with this cop threatening or warning me that if something, which I did not hear correctly what, happens again "we gonna have a problem" (or something like that). I have this bad habit of nodding my head without noticing even though I did not understand what was said but that was probably for accusing him of being biased (This story continues but the most interesting part of it was other cops laughing when showing them pictures of other cars that came to park on the side of my home supporting that guy after recognizing that one of those cars belongs to another cop the know).
This time, the first cop who came asked me if I have a proof or I saw that neighbor throwing or putting the snake in my yard and I said no. He then said that he by himself or with the other cop who came by another car probably less than a minute later, will go to ask that neighbor and if that neighbor admits the guilt then it is a crime. After they came back, the second cop came first to me and informed me that that neighbor did not admit throwing any snake. However, despite how I did not show any insistence on them to act for my side without proof or even argue back against the denial of that neighbor, this second cop on his own volunteered telling me that even if they threw a snake into my yard it is not a crime. Then the first cop came back to support this second one as if he himself did not say what he said a few minuets ago, let alone how it can directly be seen wrong. We are not yet dealing with a court and still at the level of cops dealing with the matter and he argued the question of intention and suggested a scenario of someone finding a snake on the street and throwing it away to my yard.

Lets make it very clear. This system here is very far from showing itself as honestly tries to equally enforces the law on everybody and gives no privileged treatment to some, or even anywhere close to sufficiently counter indications to the otherwise.

Then I spent an additional 40 minutes to write this. Related to post 187, I was focusing on the defensive aspect of my side when I said that I cant, even with the limited domain of only its interface, sufficiently see that absent judge claim against me. Otherwise it is a huge understatement. No one in this guy's place acting seriously to resolve the issue more than toying around and showing off would like to take such a risk of suggesting to the opposing side anywhere close to this a probability that the court and/or its judges are holding themselves in such position for the case of the latter. I continue to struggle in whether this absent judge claim was done for the guy or was the guy required to accept it (still talking at the level of merely its interface).

Again, it seems like this guy wanted to treat me like a toy of his and impose his will on me not merely through being affected by his malicious action but also to the level of forcing me to do some action in order to get rid off that effect. I wanted to log in to my Ameritrade account and after entering the user name and password, this time I got a security question which kept refusing my answer even though I kept entering the correct one. I cannot at this moment answer if that game was played with the help of Ameritrade or my Internet provider Charter. I had to call to gain back my access to my account and for that I had to close all the windows on which I was working. And if that is not enough, I was made to choose the new security question and answers twice which also sounds like the result of a malicious interference by this guy. 

Do you know how it feels, even for once, having this guy disables your access and treats you like a toy just because he wanted to do that,  let alone the number of times this guy has been doing this to me.

And here it goes more than an entire hour of my time just because this guy felt like not letting me have it.

Several days ago my cell phone with Virgin Mobile was again, turned on while I was out even though it was off which I cant see but, again, as a service to this guy related to how he had been able to track my moves when I used to do that while my cell phone is on. I have had my phone turned off at my home for months without ever seeing it turned on on its own. The call that made me notice that my phone was turned on was a regular one I do not remember it ever turning my phone on while I am at home.

I do not know how could the Supreme Court sees its false absent/replacement judge claim as  appropriate for it to do and not degrading to the system? Also, don't people have the right to know who are the judges in the court they may seek? 

Note that, personally, I cant sufficiently see it against me at its interface let alone from its root purpose.

In the category of his harassment to me everywhere and his refusal to leave me in peace and how agitating that is look also at this example. Recently he has been sending me  notifications from a company called recordsfinder.com when I open my computer (like I did a while ago and as a result pushed away  from what I wanted to do to spending my time writing this instead). The issue here is not just about this apparent level of annoyance and the forcing of his will on me (and the latter applies not just at the level of forcing the thing on me but also at the level of forcing me to take action to get rid of the notification because it does not go away on its own) That is because I previously wanted to use the services of this site and became a paying customer in order to look for something but he prevented me from that and made it useless to me in the most shameless way (To show the level of that I even searched for my own driving record and got the message that my record was not found). So instead of me going  after that, it is he who doubles on that audacity by bringing it again and this time forces his will through it.

In addition to how this guy violates my privacy through knowing what I do on my computers it seems that he could not resist not actually watching videos I have been making and intended for private use.  

183: Modern Slavery

Yesterday I was watching a movie from Netflix when after less than twenty minuets it suddenly went back to the beginning even though it is about two hours in length. I tried again more than once with the fast forward and still every time the movie flips back to the beginning from about that same point. I thought it could be a software problem with the disk I received and turned the disk player off. A little later when I went back to my computer it started over like the way it does after an update and with the added bonus this time of not opining the windows I had. This struck me as something that was made by this guy interrupting my work. Anyway, I went to the netflix site and reported a problem with the movie disk. However, that same issue with my computer was probably a reason why I before taking the disk out from the player, to be returned, I wanted to tray playing it but this time while I have no wi-fi for the disk player to connect to the Internet. When I did that and fast forwarded the movie it continued to the end without any problem as if the earlier issue never occurred. 

So, again, could it be someone other than this guy maliciously violating my right and playing me like I am his toy here? Moreover, specifically about this issue, I had suspected him in the past doing malicious things and for a while I often turned my wi-fi off when I want to play a netflix disk. 

I just want to know why is this guy allowed to treat me like his free boundary less thing to violate its rights? If it were unknown who is behind those things I could see an excuse in not prosecuting them in that there are more important cases but those in the positions of authority know how he is and how much he is probably really violating my rights as I claim but still do nothing and go along with this modern slavery of allowing one citizen with the power and connections to do whatever he wants to the other.Not even disabling a computer of mine to the best I could from accessing the Internet was sufficient to convince him to stay away from violating my privacy at least there. 

I do not care what testing he may allege to others that for which he is doing these things to me and how I could be compensated later for that, I do not accept violating my rights and being made a toy of his, period.

Also, aside from everything else, it is not like I was found fantasizing or even submitting an application when I made the offer to this guy so one could think of me as seeking the end result regardless of whom will get burdened in the process. No, it was a reaction challenge directed at the guy from the position to which he pushed me (at least while there is no entity from any other party on his side (including the group of judges at the final court) representing it to me in a negotiation).

The system shouldn't be sold or traded of even for one second. The thought that I could be or become more acceptable of that if or because of how it could help in resolving my issue in a way that is more beneficial to me, before or after resolving it, is intolerable to me to the level of disgust.

Related to my situation, I don't know how I left myself and tolerated these beyond belief games and toying of the system which I think history has not seen the like of it anywhere before this. I refuse to accept their continuance even for one more second. I hope that ending these games is not dependent, as if I felt any bad effect on me from them, on resolving my issue.

Related to post 177, in case one somehow is unable to see how hard to believe the claim that making that deal with that woman was needed, here is the main defendant expressing it for you. He was heard on the recording "admitting that purchase orders were “fake” and claiming “divine intervention” was the only way to explain how he and co-conspirators had “gotten away with this for so long.”"(LINK)  

So if the fraud was that much hardly hidden without a tip about it, how can we accept the claim for the need to make that deal after the attention was directed to the probability of a fraud there? Having such thing pulled publicly where there is no dictatorship forcing it is huge degradation to democracy. 

Although  what plan could have been behind it does not change how much the need for making that deal is hard to believe, this still can fit with the plan theory suggested in the preceding posts. It could have been intended to defend against that they were supported or tolerated by the big guys or law enforcement despite knowing the fraud. This purpose could even have had higher priority than at least part of the one stated for the theory. The admission could also fit the theory in suggesting how much the speaker was bound to come to the authority like that woman except that she went first by herself.

Notice that because I am not a law professional, I may look at the intended deception behind the corruption like someone who can see that one chess player is doing some preparation to deceive the other but he (the watcher) may not see correctly how that preparation would be used because he does not sufficiently know how the pieces move. For example, after reading more Federal Criminal Laws, I have a new theory competing with that I put in post 175 about the purpose for the secrecy in imprisonment because of a wittiness protection program, and that it is intended to make the claim of the collaboration of the convict more believable in order to get the sentence reduced.

Even aside from what is happening in my situation, this is very far from how a system that is not corrupt should react to a suspicion of corruption. For example, how could it be that any of those, from top to bottom, with authority on the matter is accepted as trusted unless he provide a convincing answer for his position toward the deal with that woman mentioned in preceding posts? One could use such a deal as a corruption test for any official. Anyone who does not feel an urge to question it is either corrupt or, at best, much less effective than what is required for a position of authority.

Again, the claim that a case like that of fake selling, and not even for some kind of intangible things like stock shares instead of physical products, with all the leads it provides, could not be investigated without making that deal, screams outrageousness and suspicion. The outrageousness of that claim is high enough had it been all about investigating connections with companies overseas let alone when it is all about or at least include companies here like Sams Club and Costco.

Related to THIS, Did anyone at the top care enough about the system to check if this guy is really in prison? Did the President do that? Did Congress make an authorization for an entity that enabled a confirming checking on that with a surprised visit that does not give the FBI the time to arrange things to hide the truth? Actually, the potential for such a check needs to always exist and not to be a one time thing.  Even assuming such a reason for prison location secrecy is convincing, the whole Mafia thing (LINK) sounds like something that was superimposed later on the other facts. I do not even need to argue here for the probability of big guys pulling things from behind the scene for this guy because the guy himself may have that power through his involvement in the field of law. You think that with the status he reached there, and as corrupt as he was, it is not probable he found a path to play such a game?

People, democracy gives the system back to you. You need to own it. You cannot leave it like a lonely orphan.

Which one of those two, the case mentioned in the preceding posts, or Zimmerman's is more deserving for a best picture award? The dramatic effect of the scene when the judge and the defense team where supposedly involved in a heated argument in Zimmerman's seems to be more than countered by that of showing a Jewish person jump the ship then go back to secretly record the rest for incriminating them (Even though this theory occurred to me later, I want to point out that my focus in post 168 was on the issue of deference in treatment with others having the same guilt or accusation in general. Seeing the different treatment or the effort to have different treatment was extended to all of the defendants in this case does not take away the support of the case to the existence of that difference in general. My focus was not on the issue of betrayal or loyalty among the same group of defendants in a case. Notice how I spoke about "everybody else in similar situation" not "everybody else in the same situation". Assuming the same level of guilt in violating the law for that woman, I would have written exactly the same had the case involved only her). 

However, against the theory that showing was at least partly intended for that effect by the hardly seems not a corrupt deal with that woman anyway, I found today that one of the other defendants said something insinuating him being of "the Jewish faith"(LINK). But if we take when a defendant pleads guilty as the same date or after when a plea agreement was signed then THIS shows that that insinuation happened after making his PLEA AGREEMENT, which included agreeing on no more than 20 years sentence, and by a period that is also lengthy enough to see the reaction (or its absence) and consider adjustments or taking more advantage of the situation, assuming that was not also part of the original plan to begin with. Then it was also countered by the judge supposedly giving the defendant credit for "his assistance" in the actual sentencing which was the reason for slashing off close to half of that 20 maximum. So, you can consider that as being done as an additional support for the purpose which could have been encouraged and/or called for by how the law enforcement found it easy to pass this and the deal with that woman earlier.  

Until now, what I have found are only two camps, the camp of Jewish or supposedly Jewish persons who supposedly helped the investigation, and the camp of others, related to whom I found no suggestion or allegation for being Jewish, who supposedly gave no worthy of mentioning assistance to the government. So, one camp gets the benefit of being seen supposedly assisting the investigation while the other gets the benefit of the sympathy of supposedly being betrayed by Jewish accomplices. Of course, the main defendant, being in the most difficult position, could be allowed to extend showing being betrayed even to the none Jewish defendants but that does not contradict the theory suggested above, because of the capability of the later group to in turn transfer that complaining using the separation of those two camps  mentioned above.

It seems like there are other things also in support of this dramatic intention. One thing of the kind I read today is how one of the none Jewish defendants claims he came with that woman but was not allowed to make the same deal or something like that.

In addition to that, I read today what made me also pay attention to how recording a defendant could be good for the defendant especially if he knows being recorded. It fits with how much that case seems to offer leads, that the defendant here would lose nothing by admitting on a recording guilt that can be easily proved by those leads but would still gain the good of the appearance of making something like regret statements supposedly before knowing he is being prosecuted or investigated. An additional benefit for this here is that it can be combined with the process above to make a case for how the other person seems to be also regretting his actions like the recording person except that the latter jumped the ship to get the better deal.    

By the way, look at this GOVERNMENT POSITION BRIEF for the sentencing of that woman. Does it really add any explanation of value? You again have to take the government at its word for why cooperation of that defendant beyond the initial tip was needed despite how much the case suggests no shortage of leads. And what about all those hardly seen as other than being exaggerated descriptions for the value of that cooperation? How far the government was from saying that cooperation was the best thing since the sliced bread (Although personally I think calling much of the "bread" of the west as bread is akin to perjury)?

I also wonder if instead of sentencing that woman to one year and one day the judge would have even better suggested himself as none participant in a corruption by showing precision good enough to make that sentence something like: one year, one day, three hours, forty six minuets, and twenty seven  Seconds.

Whether the deal (including sentencing) with that woman was really intended just for her or part of a plan to encourage privileged treatment to the rest of the defendants because the Jewish defendant was treated that way (instead of doing corrupt deals with everybody), I would not allow a corrupt law enforcement to make me start from that deal as a reality instead of starting from the real root of the matter.

People here are unbelievable. It is like they have dead nerves when it comes to corruption. If you do not act preemptively against corruption at least react appropriately when the stink of corruption reaches you.

So in addition to the unexplainable deal, we should add this case to those where investigation stops as soon as it reaches the doorsteps of the big guys? 

Back to the deal itself, if I were a Congress Member I would call on bringing that United States District Attorney to ask him to convince me how or why with that much amount of data they needed the service of that woman to convict those who were convicted? It is hard to think of a case offering more potential leads than that. I also would question the action of the judge for at least impeachment and removal from the bench.

Notice that if one were to ask those questions close to when that deal or sentencing happened he could have been asked how do you know it is not being investigated? But we are now more than 7 years from that time, were you provided with any explanation why such a hardly seen as needed deal was made and the low sentencing that followed? Another sign for how much applying the benefit of the doubt here is exaggerated at the expense of making the respectable use of the freedom of speech.   

Another potential sign for the corruption here is how the American Greed Show mentioned that the deal with that woman was that she should not be sentenced for more than 5 years then the sentence came for one year. If that one year sentence was only the choice of the judge from the range of that 5 year deal, this suggests an effort to spread the load of the outrageous appearance of the verdict.

How long do you think that if you were making false statements about selling products to the like of Sams Club and Costco for those companies to notice especially if the company you run is prominent enough to be the owner of things like an airline and the company Polaroid? If they knew what prevented them from pointing that out? Actually how much would you be ready to take the risk of making such false claims on companies like this here instead of those overseas to begin with? So as you see, the deal with the law enforcement was not the first thing suggesting privileged connections. 
As for how she is supposed to pay part of the money owed, if government officials are willing to do that prison sentence deal publicly God knows what they are willing to do there. In fact I need something to install faith in me that the alleged selling of her already owned assets to compensate victims of the scam really happened and was not money laundering by the government.

It would have appeared worth it (assuming you do not oppose such deals in principle) if the recordings were for, for example, those at Sam Club or Costco accepting false claims of sales to them being made. Otherwise, for sellers or launderers with fake selling of tangible products or money laundering that continued this long at this magnitude with this number of the transactions and participants (including alleged participants) in this country, sorry the government officials were not even close to showing a real need for anything from that woman except for the initial tip if investigation did not start before that.

What a wasting of democracy and freedom of speech to have something like that to which the preceding post referred passes publicly like there is no problem there. You don't need to make any association or reference to any group like I did. Instead, you could say: I do not care to whom this was applied, I cant see other than corruption as being behind making that deal.

While watching the American Greed episode show related to the fraud in THIS story I told myself here seems to be a Jew or Jewish person strongly associated with that huge fraud lets see if she gets the level of punishment at the same standard like everybody else in similar situation.  Does the punishment mentioned in that article seems sufficient to fit the actions described in the fifth paragraph of that same article? Does not the whole story of her collaboration with the FBI sound smelly? Also was her secretly recording conversations really needed to convict anyone? Actually I haven't read yet that those recordings were used in the trail of anyone other than the CEO who, anyway, most probably would not have made a reasonable doubt against his conviction claiming that he did not know he was not really making sales. It is hard to avoid the impression that she had a special backing that helped in making that deal and probably also without her dependence on that backing she wouldn't have participated in the scam to begin with.
